We had a lovely family vacation! This unit was conveniently located with easy access to the beach, great food, and the airport. We enjoyed exploring Old San Juan as well as El Yunque rainforest. The hosts were helpful and were quick to respond to questions or concerns.

Great stay here, right at a lovely beach, parking was excellent, no issues. Check in process was easy. Place was quiet and view was excellent.

Amazing experience! It was our first time trying a rental instead of a hotel and totally worth it! The host is there almost 24/7 for any little question I had, the property was clean and spacious, the location was perfect. The host was so considerate and accommodated our special needs to babies and seniors. It was a super pleasant stay and definitely much better than any hotel! Highly recommend it to families travel with young children and seniors!

We had an amazing stay and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The place was exactly as described, very clean, comfortable, and in a great location. Everything we needed was there and it made the trip easy and stress free.The host was great with communication and made sure everything went smoothly from start to finish. You can tell they really care about the property and their guests.Overall, this was a perfect stay and we would definitely come back again. Highly recommend to anyone visiting Puerto Rico.

I cannot say enough good things about this property. The location is steps away from the beach and there are several really good restaurants within walking distance. Old San Juan is just a short drive away and it's about 45 minutes to the rainforest hikes, bioluminescent bay, and zip lines. Because there's secure garage parking included, your rental car is safe.The condo is at the end of a hallway, so you have BOTH a city view from the bedrooms and a beach view from the balcony.Communication was fantastic and the condo was clean and updated.Highly recommend!!!

This was a great place to stay. Walking distance to the beach, clean pool, great views. The only issues we had were quickly addressed and resolved. It was especially nice to see food available for a quick breakfast if we had wanted. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Stayed with family ranging from 3-60 years old

Condo was well stocked and comfortable. Right on the beach. And close to many shops and restaurants.

The condo was comfortable and good for the family. On our downtime, we like sitting around the living room. The sofa needs to be cushions. Other than that. It was a lovely place.. We had a small issue with AC for one of the rooms. I hope they can get it fixed. We got a fan, but it was not helpful. I have made them aware that it’d be nice if they were to supply working hair blowers, toaster, oven, and toaster. We had no problem getting into the condo and they replied to all my messages. We had a great time at the beach and visiting the island.. the Martinez family

perfect location, great views and balcony

everything was in good working order. This is an end unit on the 9th floor, matches the online description perfectly. Loved the location, the pool, and the beach.

The location was great! The property was spacious and clean. The communication was excellent. The property needs minor repairs but this wouldn’t prevent us from staying there again. Overall we were satisfied!

Amazing Views with wonderful comfort

This lovely 3 bedroom 2 bathroom condo was just what my family needed for our trip to Puerto Rico. We are quite familiar with Marbella in Isla Verde as we have stayed in these condos before. This unit was lovely and great space. All the comforts we would need. We look forward to staying there again on future visits to the Island.

We had a great time in Puerto Rico. The weather was beautiful. The condo had plenty of room for 4 adults and 2 children. Awesome views and easier to figure out where to go by the second day. Hope to come back in the future!

Great please to stay!

If you are looking for space for your group close to the beach and with a pool, this is it! Property has a lot of beach items so you don’t have to rent, beautiful pool, and the beach is awesome. Cool perks is the house was stocked with a “starter pack” with beverages and food to get us started. I would definitely stay here again. We had 9 people and were comfortable.
