A pocos pasos de nuestro condominio CasaBels con playas, situado en Isla Verde Distrito de San Juan esperan algunos de los mayores tesoros de Puerto Rico. Pasear por la costa de arena de azúcar de la playa de Isla Verde, una de las playas más bien guardados de la San Juan, Puerto Rico área. Disfrutar de la sombra de las palmeras que bordean la playa creciente expansión, o deambular en uno de los muchos restaurantes para cómete todo el mofongos y piña colada.

Descremada las aguas de color turquesa en un jet-ski, buceo, o estirarse para una larga tarde, lánguida disfrutando de la brisa del mar cálidas. A medida que el sol comienza a descender en el agua, se escucha las canciones tranquilas del Coqui (rana nativa de Puerto Rico; pronunciado "ko-kee").

Después de un día bañada por el sol, relajarse en nuestro condominio acogedor, limpio, con una sala de estar llena de luz que cuenta con magníficas vistas a las aguas azul turquesa brillantes que se extienden hasta el horizonte. El arte local que representa español de Puerto Rico, la herencia africana y taína capturar el alma de la isla, y prácticas instalaciones como Wi-Fi, TV de pantalla plana de 40 "con cable y aire acondicionado significan que pueda centrarse en la puesta de sol magníficamente la creación de colorido cielo. Al final del día, se hunden en la cama de matrimonio y dejar que las olas del mar se calman en un sueño reparador Caribe.

Isla Verde significa "isla verde", llamada así por su exuberante entorno natural, y la playa está a su alcance. Baño en el mar, o disfrutar de uno de los muchos deportes acuáticos de Isla Verde - parapente, esquí acuático, paseos en bote o un plátano-- o relajarse a la sombra de los árboles Palmetto que enmarcan el agua.

A tan sólo diez minutos, el aroma de ron llena el aire en la destilería Bacardí: visita guiada, o pasear por las calles adoquinadas del Viejo San Juan, rica en cultura con sabor europeo. Y no deje de visitar La Placita de Santurce, donde el crepúsculo se convierte en la plaza histórica en una gran fiesta, animada calle, donde de todos bienvenidos. Durante el día, es un mercado de agricultores, donde los vendedores ofrecen algunos de los mejores alimentos y bebidas de la ciudad. Por la noche, la música salsa fluye en las calles como locales y visitantes comienzan a bailar a los ritmos vibrantes. Se deleitará en la mezcla de la cultura, la música, y la energía que brota de esta escena infecciosa.

Cenar en restaurantes de los alrededores, cuyos menús van desde comida tropical de la alta cocina. Encuentra grandes compras en las boutiques de moda de gama alta, o navegar por el centro comercial en Plaza Las Américas. Paseo por la Avenida Isla Verde y recorrer los principales hoteles y casinos, como el 5 estrellas, el Hotel San Juan Resort & Casino, el Ritz Carlton, el Intercontinental, el Marriott Courtyard, y Embassy Suites. También en la mano son los supermercados, pequeños comercios, tiendas de conveniencia y farmacias y cajeros automáticos.

Last minute booking(24hrs) from Seattle to PR!

Couldn’t have asked for a better host AND location of her condo. Made travel to PR with a toddler , on short notice the easiest thing I’ve done. The VIEW. OMG. PRICELESS. Will rent from her again and you should too.

3 weeks in warm PR

We enjoyed a wonderful vacation in Carolina PR. Great location with everything we needed in walking distance. Beaches are fantastic and great daily walking!Our unit had beautiful views. The kitchen had all the basics needed to cook in, which we did most meals. The bed was comfy. The host was very responsive to issues like internet, door entrance and always available if need and very prompt. The pool was delightful.However when we were inside the unit to relax, the futon furniture was very uncomfortable for sitting and we wanted a good chair to read in etc. It was a real struggle for inside relaxation for 3 weeks. We actually set our low beach chairs at times. All the maintenance people were very nice as well of security staff. We found it to be a very safe and fun location.

Perfect getaway spot

This propert is right smack in the middle with of everything! stores, dinning,entertainment and of course the beautiful beach. The host Maribel was great I found myself neededing an extra night and she made it happen. I’m very greatful for her rapid and smooth transition through this last minute inconvenience. This is a must if you’re looking to relax and enjoy a clean and nice place to stay. Definitely will stay again!!

Enjoy Puerto Rico

A little disappointed there was no balcony. We knew this : however, there were large windows that faced the ocean and opened letting in a nice breeze. We were there for 10 days and one of the elevators was broken the entire time. Easy access to the beach but no chairs provided and 2 chairs and 1 umbrella was $25 a day! You will have to buy ice. Would I stay there again? Yes fabulous location.

My wife and I recently had the pleasure of staying in this beautiful condo.We've visited Puerto Rico a number of times and this condo is our favorite. The view is fabulous! The beach is super and security doesn't even come to mind. It's like staying in the home of a friend with very good taste. Maribel (the owner) takes great pride in her unit and it shows. No flea market furniture here. Every thing matches and the kitchen is fully equipped including a full size refrigerator. Condo is immaculate. The bed is firm and the room is a good size. The bath is unique. It has an area with a sink and mirror and then there is a full bath with shower. Essentially you have 2 baths. The unit is truly full ocean front from both the bedroom and lounge. Located on one of the most picturesque parts of Isla Verde beach. All the big chain hotels and casinos are a 5 to 7 minute walk away but why pay more for much less. Walk a block and there is a CVS that has everything from rum to aspirin. (Too much of the former will require a little of the latter.) There is a little market/coffee shop a minutes walk from the condo. Next door to the market is local restaurant called Mi Casita. Check out their $2.49 breakfast special and do not miss the mofongo. Walk another 10 minutes and there is an American style super market if you want to eat most of your meals in the condo. Many other restaurants are near by. You get the picture. Stop looking. Book this unit and start thinking about sun, sand and Puerto Rican nights. But you better hurry. I'm making plans to come back soon!

perfect vacation

Our vacation was perfect. We especially appreciate Maribel accommodating our early arrival.The apartment is very nice and clean, stunning view, ideal beach access, enjoyed walk on the beach every morning very much. Couldn't have asked for better place. The apartment is located conveniently close to restaurants (Mi casita is our favorite), supermarket, pharmacy. All our expectations were met 100%. We felt home away from home, even better :).Our trip to Culebra was cancelled due to weather condition, but we went to Ventana cave and Arecibo abservatory instead and had great experience. Looking forward to return.

Cozy and convenient with and amazing view.

I particularly don't like the ceramic floor through out, not easy to keep clean; having to sweep and mop each day. No matter how careful we were coming in from the beach. Also not having the conforms of room service is a bummer. Windows are filthy and the bathroom could use TLC. Overall the place and the area is nice, and area could use lounges. Fabulous condo with great ocean view and location

My 4 day stay was fabulous and condo was cozy with amazing ocean view. Pool great for doing laps and everything you need is closeby. I will definitely be back since parents live in PR and San Juan is usually a stop over for me. Thanks Maribel!

Nice, but a bit noisy

We enjoyed our stay. The place does have more noise than some others in the area because of the street right below the condo. Trash trucks backing up with those warning beeps early in the morning. A snippy detail is that the owner placed what were apparently two ceiling tiles in a large plastic bag at the back of the closet - sitting vertically. At some point I drew out a shirt on a hanger, it must have snagged the tiles, they tipped over and an edge broke. The owner deducted part of my deposit for the "damage." My complaint is that if you set up something like that that can be so easily damaged, you own responsibility for the problem. Stash them somewhere that they cannot be harmed in such an easy manner. She apparently didn't see her responsibility for properly storing something so easily damaged. We have also owned rental property for eight years and I would have taken responsibility for how I stored these tiles. Seemingly small details like this can color a vacation stay and the owner's response was disappointing.

GREAT, GREAT, GREAT!!!!!

Words can not describe the wonderful and amazing time my wife and I spent here at this beachfront condo. The pictures of this property are breathtaking but pale in comparison to how wonderful it really is. In the pictures you can not feel the wonderful trade winds that pass through this home away from home that both soothe and revitalize you. Waking up to the sounds of ocean waves were so good that I made a recording that I listen to in order to put me in my happy place. For lazy days you can just slide the floor to ceiling panoramic window open and surf on the free wifi or as in my case write till your heart is content. It was my writing haven. The owner was friendly and provided excellent customer service and there were no hidden tricks or gimmicks. The property is well maintained and pristine. It is 5 minutes from the airport and is centrally located and close to excellent restaurants and hotels for nightly entertainment. We enjoyed an outstanding dinner at Casa Dante. I had the Trifongo with shrimps, a dish to die for, followed by the coconut flan. There is 24 hour security guard but honestly my wife and I felt as though we were in paradise. Hopefully you'll stay here in this hidden gem, we highly recommend it. But hopefully not when my wife and I make our reservations to return next year! Yes it really is that GREAT!!!

AMAZING CONDO, AMAZING VACATIONS!!!

I had the best vacation ever in Puerto Rico, i now know why people call it La Isla del Encanto. people are extremely nice, the weather is PERFECT!!! Now, this condo is located right in the middle of isla verde, EVERYTHING IS CLOSE BY!!! the condo has beautiful view, it has a lot of ventilation, and you basically don't need to use the a/c. The apt is well kept and clean. i am going back to puerto rico soon and unfortunately the apt is taken by somebody else, I would have love to stay here again!!! Maribel was very nice and all the accommodations were done very professionally.

Great vacation

We were party of four comprising different ages and cultures coming from Chicago. We were very pleased with the apartment - the description on the website was accurate and location was superb for us - right on the beach and at the same time very close to public transportation, restaurants and shops.The neighborhood combines advantages of being somewhat touristy (with all the big hotels nearby) and therefore having restaurants, car rental companies, tour agencies, etc., with an authentic Puerto Rican experience. The owner was very helpful and accommodating all the way through. We had a great time!

Quick vacation for a family of four

We spent four nights in this apartment, two adults and two teenagers. The place was in a great location, across the street from a beautiful sandy beach. You wake up hearing the ocean. It has eveything you need, even beach chairs, beach towels, pool, AC, etc. It is close to the airport which was great for us since we arrived late and left early. There is TV with cable, internet and so on. There are a couple of markets from a walking distance to bring food to the apartment. Anything bad about it?...mmm...I can't think of anything. Great place. I would highly recommend it.

Delightful

Thoroughly enjoyed the time spent in the apartment. Besides its' convenient location and charming street it's on, we were awed by the spectacular ocean view. It is well furnished, and very comfortable. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you could want or need. The bar/restaurant right on the beach contributed to a delightful and relaxing experience. One slight issue, the day prior to our departure, rain leaked through the locked sliding doors. However, a call to the owner offered prompt repair/attention Altogether, it was a wonderful experience and highly recommended.
