The space includes a functional kitchenette equipped with a microwave and a coffee station, ideal for preparing light meals. You will also have a full bathroom with a modern shower and sparkling finishes.

Located in a quiet rural area, it offers the perfect mix of privacy and comfort for solo travelers or couples.



Electricity Management



Please be aware that utility interruptions are common throughout Puerto Rico. Since power grid failures are an island-wide issue beyond our control, our property cannot be held responsible for unexpected blackouts.

While we do not have a backup power system on-site, we recommend keeping your personal devices charged whenever power is available and exercising caution during any outages.



Water Supply



Water service interruptions can occur across the island without prior notice, often due to country-wide water rationing measures managed by local authorities. As these outages stem from municipal infrastructure and government rationing, they are entirely outside our responsibility as an accommodation.

Because our property does not have backup water tanks, we will provide bottled water for your stay, with the quantity determined based on the length of your stay and the number of guests.



Hurricane and Storm Policy



While we strive to provide a safe and comfortable stay, we cannot control nature or municipal utility failures.

Refunds: No refunds of any kind will be issued for weather-related causes or general utility outages in Puerto Rico.

Flexibility: In the event of a named atmospheric phenomenon, we offer the option to reschedule your stay, subject to calendar availability.



Guest Access:

Guests have private access to the entire studio apartment, including the bedroom, kitchenette, bathroom and dining area, perfect for morning coffee or evening relaxation.

Uber & Rideshare: 📱 The most convenient way to explore! Quick 5-10 min ride to SJU Airport and Isla Verde Beach. 15-20 mins to Old San Juan.

Car Rentals (Recommended): 🔑 Essential for day trips to El Yunque Rainforest or Luquillo. Enjoy free street parking right in front of the property.

Public Transit: 🚌 Local bus stops are a short walk away on main roads for budget travel toward the Santurce art district.

Arrival & Departure



Check-in begins at 4 PM local time.

Checkout is at 11 AM local time.

To ensure a smooth arrival for incoming guests, please honor the checkout time.

Unauthorized late checkouts after 11AM will incur an additional fee.

Guests must be at least 21 years of age to make a reservation.

Power Outages in Puerto Rico



Life on the island is magical, but Puerto Rico may occasionally experience unexpected power outages.

If an outage lasts more than 3 hours but you choose to stay at the property, you may request a refund for the affected nights.

If an outage lasts more than 3 hours and you prefer to cancel the remainder of your stay, you may request a refund for the unused nights.
