The Space:

Step in from the street and the apartment opens into a bright living room framed by a bold orange wall, a long sofa for movie nights, a smart TV and a dining table where the day's plans come together.



Then there's the room everyone ends up in: a private retro arcade with two classic game cabinets glowing under LED lights. Add a shelf of board games and family game night takes care of itself.



Two bedrooms sleep up to 8 guests:

- Bedroom 1: 1 double bed + 1 bunk bed, smart TV and a vinyl record player

- Bedroom 2: 1 queen bed under a deep-green accent wall, smart TV and record player

- Living room: 1 sofa bed

Every room has A/C, blackout curtains, extra pillows and blankets, and closet space.



The fully equipped kitchen has a full-size fridge, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, cooking basics and wine glasses, plus a second kitchenette with its own sink and coffee station, so the morning coffee run never collides with breakfast. Local coffee, tea and snacks are on us.



Two full bathrooms with walk-in showers keep busy mornings moving, and a hair dryer and steam iron are ready when you are. A private workspace and fast Wi-Fi cover the emails you can't avoid.



Guest Access:

You'll have full access to the entire apartment, as well as the property's shared amenities and common areas.

The apartment is on the ground floor, with self check-in through a smart lock and free parking on street



The Neighborhood:

Condado is San Juan's most walkable beach neighborhood, and the apartment sits at its heart, one block from Ashford Avenue. Mornings start on the sand, afternoons drift between the lagoon and the boutiques, and evenings end at some of the island's best-loved restaurants and cocktail bars, all without touching the car.

Luis Muñoz Marín International Airport (SJU) is about 15 minutes away by car (around 10 km), and Old San Juan is a 15-minute ride. Day to day you won't need a car: the beach, the lagoon, groceries and dozens of restaurants are within a 10-minute walk. For the airport, Old San Juan and day trips:

- Uber and Lyft are fast and reliable across the metro area

- Licensed tourist taxis wait at SJU and at the Ashford Avenue hotels

- AMA public buses run along Ponce de León Avenue, a short walk away

- Rental cars are available at SJU for island day trips, with free on street parking

Arrival & Departure

- Check-in begins at 4 PM local time.

- Checkout is at 11 AM local time.

- To ensure a smooth arrival for incoming guests, please honor the checkout time.

- Unauthorized late checkouts will incur an additional fee.

- The reservation must be booked by a legal adult; children are welcome to stay as part of the group.

- Quiet hours: 10 PM–7 AM.

- This is a ground-floor home in a lively area, so some city sound is possible; complimentary earplugs are provided.

- A NoiseAware sensor measures sound levels only — it never records audio.

- There is no washer in the apartment; laundromats are nearby.



Online Check-In and Verification

- Once you complete your online check-in, you'll receive the instructions to access the property.

- A simple rental agreement ensures clarity and ease; by completing your reservation you agree to our rental terms and conditions.

- To meet legal and building security requirements, you may be asked to provide a government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact info, complete our verification portal and, in some cases, a background check. This information is collected only for screening/verification purposes and is not stored or used otherwise.



Utilities & Weather in Puerto Rico

- Electricity Management: Due to the energy situation in Puerto Rico following Hurricane Maria, power outages can occur from time to time. This property does not have a backup generator. During an outage, we recommend keeping devices charged in advance and being mindful of perishable food.

- Water Supply: This property does not have a backup water tank. In the event of a water service interruption, we recommend using water sparingly until service is restored.

- Extended Outages: If an outage lasts more than 3 hours and you choose to stay, you may request a refund for the affected nights. If you'd prefer to cancel the remainder of your stay, you may request a refund for the unused nights.

- Hurricane & Storm Policy: We want your stay to be safe, but weather is out of our control. No refunds are issued for weather-related cancellations; however, in the event of a storm, we're happy to help you reschedule, subject to calendar availability.
