Decent accommodations

The property was very clean. We felt safe and secure. We are accustomed to more comfortable beds. Therefore, we did not sleep well. Also, the kitchen could have used some more utensils and cooking supplies. BUT if you choose to eat out all of your meals it would not be a big deal. This was a decent low budget place to stay.

It took a little to find location but not bad. Gate was broken so keys/remote were not needed. I wish I knew that one of the keys was for garbage gate inside of gated property. Overall stay was good. I would recommend to others.

Checking in was a little complicated. Once we were in it easy. The main gate doesn’t work and we spent about 10 minutes trying to get in neighborhood , you have to exit vehicle and pull gate open ! Otherwise, the rental Was nice !

Not what I was expecting

Our first time booking a Rental and it didn't live up to our expectations. Leading up to finding the rental was not clear and the directions were nowhere close. Once we entered we were disappointed that we had a lack of amenities, such as utensils, bedding, and towels. But one good thing was the location, location, location.

Good location, good communication

We had some issues getting in to the apartment, but the management was very responsive about that. Location is convenient to Old San Juan, local beaches, and airport. One of the A/C units dripped and a bowl of water had to be emptied out every so often. Overall, a good place to stay and good value.

It's located near the ocean in a quiet and gated neighborhood. I used bird scooters to drive to the nearby grocery stores and restaurants. The place is very clean and light inside. Having a kitchen, washer, and dryer is a big plus. I came early and there was no problem checking in - I just had to make a call to get a way to get my keys.

Room was very nice but it was very hard to fine the building when we arrive there wasn't anyone one

There wasn't anyone there to greet us plus the pool wasn't working, .. on the second day of staying there the air conditioner went out they sent a guy who didn't speak English to fix it but after he left it went out again and was running very loud beside that the Uber driver was having a hard time trying to find the location I rate this place a 5 out ten

exceptional and great location

It was a bit difficult to find the property due to no visible numbers on the gate to the address provided so we had no choice but to ask the neighbors. The lockbox was also located in an odd spot but contacting the property management via facetime helped us gained accessed into the property. Otherwise the property in itself was amazing. The bed was comfortable, the living space, and having a washer and dryer was a plus in the accommodation to the property.

Wonderful Stay San juan

Locations is a hidden GEM. Location is very secure around with surrounding locations. Villa was clean and very well decorated. Small things like a welcome basket as a nice touch! I contacted the agent on several occasions and the replies were immediate. Even via videochat. Take advantage of the Late checkout, for only $39 bucks we were able to stay til 8pm to catch our 10pm flight. I will be visiting this location again.

The property was clean....the beach is close by...the host always responded on time when if any issues arise...I would stay there again...many places to see from that location...the only problem with stay was pool was not available...from previous reviews it has not been available since April...other than that it was a great stay

Great Place.

Clean and very nice host. Even dropped off washing detergent so we could wash our clothes. Very attentive. Felt safe at the property every night. But be careful in the neighborhood surrounding. But nothing that kept me from having a great experience.

Overall the location was perfect

Beach, dining and local shop all within walking, biking or driving distance. Location was in a secured community with 24hrs guards. The apartment was a 1 bedroom with a king bed and a sofa bed in the living room. Pool was not accessible as it was caution taped at the gate...it was clear and pool pump were on during our stay but when I inquired with management they said it was closed for maintenance. ..seemed odd since prior renter noted the same over a month ago. Overall management was attentive and responsive to all my communication. Would stay again mainly to proximity of lodging to beach and l Iocals.

Updated, clean, Super close to Beach!

Much better than expected, gated neighborhood made it a little tricky to find, gate at entry to actual unit broken but neigborhood gated, felt very safe, very nic short walk to beach, full kitchen, very large separate bedroom, a/c cold, completely updated, pool looked great but was roped off and not accessible. Although confusing we made our way with needing to talk to host. We’d stay there again.
