We started out with 5 days with no water. They had a major watermain break and had to ration water. This was of no fault of the owner although they indicated there would be some compensation and there was none. If you are people who like to eat in this is not for you, The kitchen is tiny and ill equipped. No oven and only had a small skillet and a few pots. No mixing bowls etc. You could not use the micro and toaster at the same time or it would blow a breaker. When the door lock quit working and one of the beach chairs was broken, Omar did respond quickly to fix. It was ok clean but had dust under one of the beds and I found a couple of earring backs in the bathroom. In the small bedroom there was one bed slat broken and one had fallen off. The saving grace was the beach. We were on a great stretch of beach with palm trees and awesome water. Stores and restaurants were all within walking distance. I made a few suggestions to Omar which would greatly improve this rental but heard nothing back.
