  • Charming Spanish coastal style villa located in an exclusive resort in Rio Mar with outstanding views of the ocean, award-winning golf courses and the El Yunque Rain Forest. This villa has all new furniture and kitchen appliances with a spacious living area that Includes cable TV with basic channels and free WIFI in the apartment and pool area. This villa is on the gorgeous 500 acre gated Resort with a pleasant walk to the beach or pools.

    The architecture is similar to a Spanish village. There are several steps going up to the villa with a private entrance which offers a spectacular view. It is on the prestigious Rio Mar Beach Resort which offers a variety of options to please any vacationer. The El Yunque Rain Forest, horseback riding on the beach, ATVing and ZIP lining are minutes away. Two award winning golf courses, a casino, beaches, pools, five restaurants and a spa are on the property. Beach and pool are walking distance. Local restaurants are nearby as well as excursions for snorkelling, diving or island exploring. Historic Old San Juan is a 40 min drive.

    We can easily be reached through text or email.

    There is something for everyone in this tropical paradise. The hotel has five restaurants including a pool side bar and grill and a casino. The El Yunque National Rain Forest, horseback riding on the beach, ATV riding and ZIPlines through the forest are within 3 miles. There are chairs and restrooms at the beach. There are several unique local restaurants nearby.

    If you are flying in to Puerto Rico (SJU airport). Car rental can be a issue during the busy season, many tourists not enough cars. Make your care rental reservation in advance. This is a Spanish style hilly coastal resort so there are several stairs leading to the villas.
    You can walk to the beach which is a good 10 min walk along the golf course and the pool is only a few yards away. Hiking around the property is about 3.1 miles and offers gorgeous views of vistas, beaches and beautiful homes. A rental car is recommended.

The apartment was very functional with good kitchen, bathroom etc. and was quite cute and had a very good terrace with a great view.One major issue - the VRBO site said the casino was a one-minute walk, but it was actually 25 minutes!

Definitely felt like the host was there to answer all my questions, even when it was a late last minute one. Loved the location and ability to access multiple entertaining areas. Place felt clean and safe during the entire stay. Definitely would recommend.

Marcia and her husband Dennis were such great hosts. Their place has an amazing view and was just the right size. Plus the view off the patio is worth it all by itself. Thank you to you both for being such nice people!

This place has all the amenities required for a beautiful stay. The view is breath taking. Only initial problem was to find the place. The back entrance can only be access with an owner's card, which was not provided. Wasn't allow to go to through a second entrance because it was identoifies as an employee entrance. Went through front gate where there was a line of 14 cars. The place is in a vey safe, and quiet neighborhood. Would definitely stay there again.

Property was the perfect location, with an ocean view, complete with a beautiful sunrise, and the beautiful sound of the Coqui put me to sleep every night!The villa had everything that I needed, and even things I didn’t think to bring, like beach towels!Communication with the host was instant, and did I have a million questions, since it was my first trip to PR!Can’t wait to visit again!Laurie James

Amazing view, comfortable villa

We loved our stay at this villa and will be back. Or favorite way to spend time there was sitting on the barstools on the lanai in the afternoon. The villa had everything we needed and the host was responsive/excellent communication.

Great place!

We had an excellent stay at the condo. It was clean, comfortable, and well appointed. Great communication. Very secure. You have the convenience of the resort beach and restaurants right there if you don't feel like going far. I'd stay there again for sure.

Great experience!

The property is located on a hill and has a magnificent view of the complex. The apartment is in perfect condition and has everything one could need to spend a nice time away from home. The apartment is scrupulously tidy and clean. Overall, we had an amazing time at this location.

Rio Mar Getaway

We were so happy we were able to find this beautiful condo -we go to PR a lot as we have family there but the Rio Mar hotel was full —But to our surprise we felt it was even better than staying at the hotel -beautiful view, quiet, relaxing and allowed us to eat there many times without spending the huge hotel restaurant expenses-we felt totally at home and totally relaxed -we loved it -and can’t wait to return.

The property was just like she listed. It is absolutely beautiful and clean. She answered all of our questions when we needed something. The private beach is great. Not alot of people and the pool and hot tub were nice as well.

Breathtaking Views

We loved our stay! Beautiful setup, great communication with host. Lovely neighbors. The pools and hot tub were great - our host had beach towels for us. Close to the rainforest and quick drive to the ocean. Lounge chairs are provided at the ocean, restrooms and shower at the pool on the ocean. Can’t wait to return

Rio Grande Stay

The place was simply awesome! The unit was as described and we had no issue communicating with the owner. What distinguishes this unit from my prior Wyndham stays, is the fact one has a 180 degree view of Puerto Rico, from the Yunque mountain range to the beach and everything the resort has to offer in between.
