A completely remodeled house with 9 bedrooms, all with their OWN private bathrooms. Located in San Juan`s only beach front gated community, Ocean Park. The 6,000 square foot two structure, is one block from the ocean.
This amazing space is our private home which includes two buildings connected through the private backyard. All for the private use of your group.

Other things to note The home is monitored by a security company 24/7. There are cameras on the outside perimeter of the home (no filming inside or on guest accessed areas).
Guest will be able to access all areas in the home, including backyard and the private pool.

Private residence inside a the Ocean Park gated community. The pedestrian access to the streets are locked after 8PM and the only access is through the beach or the security guard.
Uber and private tour buses can pick guests right in front of the home. The property is within walking distance to the beach, restaurants and the jogging and tennis park on the Ultimo Trolley park.

HOME TRUTHS:
- Building: A real private home for one group, not a hotel — comfortable and lived-in. - Storage: Closet and storage space is modest for large groups. - Group space: Great gathering spots indoors and by the pool, but the largest groups won`t all fit in one area at once. - Hot water: Our water heaters are solar-powered — an eco-friendly touch that means water is at its hottest on sunny days and pleasantly warm when it`s cloudier. - Community: A gated Ocean Park neighborhood with 24/7 security and strictly enforced quiet hours; pedestrian gates lock at 6 PM, so use the Calle Santa Ana entrance for evening pickups.
HOUSE RULES AND IMPORTANT NOTES:
Quiet hours: 10pm - 8am (strictly enforced). A noise detection sensor installed in the unit notifies us of high decibel levels. Loud music or a party occurs at over 75 decibels. We will provide one notification when the system detects over 75 decibels over 10 minutes and if the event occurs again, our staff reserves the right to cancel the reservation and request your immediate check out of the property. No refunds will be granted. Breaking this rule will result in a $200 fine.House Rules & Important Notes The Municipality of San Juan establishes maximum permitted noise levels that must be respected at all times:
65 decibels from 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM 55 decibels from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM
Accordingly, quiet hours at the property are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM, and guests are expected to comply with these municipal regulations during their stay.
For security and compliance purposes, the property is equipped with exterior security cameras and exterior noise detection sensors installed in specific areas in accordance with privacy policies (never in bathrooms, bedrooms, or other private areas). These devices help ensure the safety of the property and respect for neighborhood noise regulations.
Our property also maintains a Strict No Party / Noise Violation Policy. The noise detection system alerts us when sound levels exceed permitted limits. Loud music or party activity is considered to occur at levels above 75 decibels. If the system detects noise above this level for more than 10 minutes, we will send one notification requesting that the noise be reduced. If the event occurs again, our staff reserves the right to cancel the reservation and request immediate checkout from the property, no refunds will be granted, and a $200 fine may apply.
It is strictly prohibited to move, cover, disconnect, turn off, or otherwise tamper with any security cameras or noise detection devices, including altering their angle of view. Any attempt to tamper with these devices may result in penalties and immediate cancellation of the reservation without refund. We love hosting guests, and we want you to have a great time. By booking our place, you agree that you read the rental agreement and house rules and that you and your guests will comply with them. OCCUPANCY – Guests will use the property only for the dates and times determined in the reservation. The occupancy of the property (reservation dates) begins on the date and time established for check-in and is completed on the check-out date and established time. Unless a previous late check-out is agreed by Capital Jetset and the guest(s) in writing, guests are expected to leave the premises on this established check-out date and time. Guest(s) acknowledges that in case they refuse to leave the premises on the established check-out time and date, they will be prosecuted by the law under the `Ley de Hoteleros de 1995 de Puerto Rico` and further charges for trespassing private property will be applied. Guest(s) acknowledge that they will be liable for all costs including but not limited to legal procedures, administration fees, and other expenses, incurred by Capital Jetset, its representatives, buildings or communities, and property owners in case of a guest(s) required eviction. Guest(s) shall not use, occupy, or permit the described premises or any part thereof to be used or occupied by third parties or for any unlawful, illegal, immoral, or hazardous purpose. This place was amazing, it’s way more than what you see in the pictures. You have to experience it to understand it. The place was perfect. Everything you needed was there. The outside area was like paradise, nice and relaxing, especially after a long day of touring.

Hello Capital Jetset Team,The check-in process was smooth with clear instructions, and the property was spotless when we arrived. Everything listed in the description was there and in good condition, from the well-stocked kitchen to the fresh linens and laundry facilities.The house was even better than the pictures—roomy, nicely laid out, and it served our group of 16 perfectly. Everyone loved the space and is already talking about coming back next year. The outdoor areas, especially the private pool and garden, gave us a quiet, sanctuary-like setting to relax and enjoy each other’s company.Overall, the property matched and exceeded expectations. Thank you for providing such a well-managed home that made our stay in San Juan both comfortable and memorable.

Great, spacious place to stay near the beach
Our group of 15 had plenty of space in this beautiful home near the beach. Plenty of bedrooms and private bathrooms and a large kitchen with all the amenities you would need. The courtyard and pool were great for morning coffee, afternoon fun, and a relaxing evening. The management company was very responsive to questions that arose during our stay. A few things in the complex are in need of minor maintenance, but overall the property is in great condition. Bring beach towels as these may not be provided. Overall, we had a great time and would definitely stay here again.

Would do it again!
As with any home away from home, things are different. However, this house offered great amenities: private rooms with each bedroom having its own bathroom, huge kitchen space, 3 additional half bathrooms, in-house pool, good common space; great beach access, and decent access to restaurants. Communicating with managers of the property was very easy and welcoming.
Things to consider would include: insect repellent, distance from various interests (I.e., zip lining, rain forest, water activities), driving/road dynamics that are very different from home. Otherwise, try it, you’ll probably love it!
