The Villa Azure was absolutely beautiful, and perfect for our large group of friends. Incredibly clean, comfortable beds, necessary amenities, and Lilybeth was beyond accommodating. It was steps from the beach, as well as a great location to local bars, restaurants, and easy to get to Old San Juan. We would absolutely recommend and stay here again on our next group trip to PR! Thank you!!!

We had a wonderful stay with Lillybeth! The house is beautiful, easily accommodated lots of people with large gathering spaces. The pool was beautiful and well used by our crew. The area has walkable restaurants, coffee and grocery stores. The beach was also beautiful and an easy walk from the house. We had all ages from 1-80 and all enjoyed the space! Would definitely stay here again!

Stylish and comfortable right by the beach

Lovely home! Each bedroom has a bathroom and the location is great. Quiet and away from traffic and congestion, but just a short drive away from Condado and Old Town and short (tiny) walk right onto the beach. Really great place and I'll stay there again.

Luxurious sunny stay in Puerto Rico

Overall a great house for our crew of eleven. It had a great location, near beaches and restaurants. It was well appointed and the pool was very nice.

The Property was excellent and the host was even better. Each room is very private with your own bathroom and TV. The house is literally a one minute walk to the beach. A bigger beach is 1/4 a mile to the west. The kitchen was well equipped and plenty of table space. The pool and grill were also excellent. There were plenty of Restaurants within walking distance to the east and west. I highly recommend the BistroCafe. We ate there twice. The host always responded to anything we needed immediately. Sergio with Fixatrip can line you up with any trip you need. I highly recommend driving to the rain forest. The island is very pretty and its the safest I have ever felt on a Caribbean Island. A cop literally drives by the house every tens minutes!

Amazing all suite house

Absolutely loved our stay. We had a family trip to Puerto Rico and this location could not have been more perfect. Huge property with a bathroom in each room. We loved lounging by the pool, the quick walk to the beach and bar by restaurants.

Great property

We loved this house...we used it for a "girls" trip and the fact that everyone could have their own bedroom and bathroom was great! The location was great as well to the beach and to all the things we wanted to see and restaurants! We would definitely stay here again!!

Family Reunion - lovely stay

The house was perfect for our extended family that included 3 generations. The hosts were great and the property is as advertised. Having the bonus dinning area on the second level was great for the teens to hang out.

Beautiful Property

We really enjoyed our stay at the Villa. It was perfect for a couple of families & the location was in walking distance to a small local beach & hood restaurants. The host was also extremely welcoming and very responsive during our stay. We highly recommend!!

Great property, loved our stay

This property is absolutely gorgeous! We loved the close location to so many different activities and restaurants. The home itself is well appointed, and more than suitable for a very large group! Lilybeth is outstanding to work with, and communicates very well. The kitchen is very well supplied, the beds are comfortable, and nearly every bedroom has its own bathroom. The showers have amazing water pressure and plenty of hot water for everyone! The pool is large with appropriate seating and lounges. We would definitely stay with Lilybeth again.

Family Vacation - College Graduation Celebration

The home is even more beautiful than the pictures. The views from the top floor are spectacular and the layout of the home fit our party of 14 needs perfectly! The location is perfect and safe neighborhood. Definitely would come back again!

Wonderful stay!

This house was perfect for a large group. The living space is huge and welcoming, every room has a bathroom. Everything was clean and well decorated. Steps from the beach in a safe neighborhood. The host was responsive when we needed things! Would highly recommend this place.

Great place to stay

We stayed 6 days. There was 10 of us and there was plenty of room. The house is located in a great area. It has all the items you will need. The pool is a nice way to cool off after a day at the beach. I would recommend this place to stay.
