  • Enjoy your entire family or group vacation only steps away from beautiful and sunny Ocean Park Beach (best in San Juan) in this newly renovated home. Featuring 5 rooms (2 master bedrooms with in suite bathrooms and king size beds, 2 bedrooms with queen size beds that you can exit straight to the pool, and another extremely cozy room with 2 queen beds), cable TV and WiFi, Casa Seaesta has all that it takes for you to relax and be comfortable.

    Beautiful pool with sundeck, BBQ grill, compfy patio sofas on a very nice outside deck are waiting for you to enjoy. Fully equipped kitchen, including dishwasher (no one should wash dishes while on vacation!), cute family room with TV and stereo system, ample dining area with 12 persons seating will be amazing for all your group to come together for some down time. And when you decide to take a two minutes walk to the beach, we also have you covered - you will find beach chairs, beach towels and a cooler for your beer to go and have fun under the caribbean sun.

    You will find plenty of coffee shops, cafes, restaurants, bakeries, supermarkets, pharmacy, bars and entertainment literally walking distance from the house.

    The property has a gated parking space should you decide to rent a car.

Great property and in a location that was convenient for everyone. Lots of shops and activities close by and the beach was about two blocks away. Great vacation spot.

The property was an amazing location. Close to the beach and was in a gated, secure area. Lots of room for our family and the pool was wonderful! The hosts were always prompt to respond. Great experience overall!

Our stay at Casa Seaesta was absolutely amazing! From start to finish, communication was clear, prompt, and transparent, making the entire experience seamless.The house was beautifully equipped with everything we needed from plenty of space for our group to thoughtful extras like beach chairs, coolers, and washer/dryer. The location was perfect, and we always felt safe in the community, which made it easy to relax and enjoy our trip.The hosts were incredibly responsive and accommodating whenever we had a request. They truly went above and beyond when one of our guests accidentally left behind a personal item after checkout, helping us recover it without any hassle.Casa Seaesta was the perfect vacation home and the ideal place to make unforgettable core memories.

We had a wonderful stay at this vacation home. The house was extremely clean, well maintained, and exactly as described. The owners and property manager were incredibly helpful throughout our stay. The property manager met us at check-in, gave us a tour of the home, and made sure we had everything we needed.The owner was very responsive and quick to address any questions or issues that came up, which made the experience even better. The house itself is very well kept and comfortable.One of the best features is the location. It’s just a short walk to the beach, which is beautiful and easy to access. We truly enjoyed our time here and would definitely stay again. Highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a relaxing beach getaway!

As advertised. Nice house a couple of blocks from the beach. Beds were comfortable and we all slept well. House had all that we needed. Several good restaurants and coffee shops walking distance and many more a short uber away. Would return.

The house was perfect for our family reunion. the location was perfect, close to the beach and close to restaurants. The neighborhood was very safe as well.We each had our own space, as well as a lovely shared space.

We were given a warm welcome upon our arrival. During our stay the water cistern was frequently filled when the local water company was making repairs to the main pipes Mayra was always ready to answer our questions The house is in a perfect location. Very private and secure

Great house for our crew (bachelorette group) - close to the beach, lovely pool and plenty of space. The hosts were very accommodating and helpful. The house is nearby cute shops and markets, and there’s beach chairs and beach towels available for use. We didn’t use the grill but that was good to see. Thanks!

Communication was great! Before and during our stay, messages were answered within 1/2 hour. Six friends stayed and there was plenty of room. The house is in a great location. Only a few blocks from a nice beach and an easy walk to many restaurants and shops.

Wow, my group really loved this place. Great location, lots of space, comfortable beds. Very well stocked with everything we needed - kitchen supplies, beach chairs, coolers, towels, etc. Only 2 blocks to the beach and several cafes, restaurants, and bars within a few blocks. Host communication was great and they were very accommodating both on early arrival and a slightly later checkout. Water pressure was a bit low in some bathrooms but we expected to have that issue anywhere and made sure to stagger showers. Property also has a backup generator - we didn't need it but it was a nice surprise, don't believe it was mentioned in the listing. Overall we felt the house was a great value and we'd stay again in a heartbeat!

This house has everything!! The location is 2 blocks from the beach and just off the main road in Santurce, great security and parking, fully stocked, beautiful pool, great deck with a huge grill, perfectly comfortable for our group of eight! The hosts communicated quickly to all questions and were extremely welcoming. We have already rebooked for next year!

Great location and hospitality

We loved being able to walk to the beach and to several great restaurants. The home was great for our family. The pool was perfect to dip into to cool off. We very much enjoyed our trip and the hospitality.
