We had such a fantastic trip. Maria and Ramon were so kind and helpful! The property is absolutely gorgeous. Breakfast on the deck overlooking the ocean was incredible. Everything was incredibly clean. We stayed with our two kids, ages 4 and 6. They even had some small toys tucked into a closet that were perfect for our boys. We enjoyed the water park, visit to Palomino Island and all the pools and hot tubs. This was a perfect trip with a perfect place to stay. We hope to return someday!

Incredible stay for my family. We will be back! Access to resort was a . Escape back to the Casitas at night to watch the sunset at the infinity pool. Lots of on-site options for food and drink, but Ramon’s place had a small kitchen. Enjoyed Cutz steakhouse at the resort. Beach access via boat ride brought a unique element to the trip! Loved the waterpark and how easy it was for our family to get around the property which is huge!! Thanks again Ramon!

It was a delight to stay in this lovely, clean, and bright property. Maria and Ramon were great communicators and checked in on us throughout the trip. They were immediately responsive to any questions we had. The property is gorgeous, and we enjoyed all of the amenities that Las Casitas and El Conquistador have to offer. We had quiet and privacy when we wanted it, and access to the bustling resort at all hours, as well. I would absolutely recommend this property to anyone traveling to Puerto Rico.

We had such an amazing time during our stay at the Villa. Maria and Ramon were incredibly responsive and gracious hosts throughout our stay and helped ensure all of our needs were met. The views from the balcony were amazing. We also loved our time in the infinity pool. The views from the infinity pool did not disappoint and the atmosphere at the pool was incredible! We also enjoyed a beach day on Palomino island, taking advantage of the other pools on the property, and the restaurant options that are available on site. I would also highly recommend going to Luquillo beach and the checking out the food kiosks located there. Amazing food options. My family can’t wait to return for another stay!

What a fantastic stay! The real advantage of this unit over others in Las Casitas is the membership that they offer which gets you access to the resorts pools, Palomino Island, restaurants, and more. Have never met host who have been more accommodating. They truly go above and beyond. Can’t wait for our next visit. Definitely five stars plus plus!

We absolutely loved our stay! Ramone and Maria were very friendly and helpful, letting us know about special activities and dinners that were available. We had full access to everything at the resort, including the beach and waterpark.The apartment is exactly as advertised in Las Casitas Village. We really appreciated that it was one of the closest villas to El Conquistador and all of its restaurants.

Our stay at Maria & Ramon’s beautiful condo in Las Casitas was absolutely wonderful. Their hospitality and attention to detail goes way above and beyond anywhere else we have stayed. The resort itself is gorgeous with amazing views at every turn, but what we will remember most are the friends we made who not only shared their place with us, but were so generous with their time, advice and fresh mangos! We hope to be back soon!

The place was spotless and beautifully decorated. The small storage area with kids toys and even coloring books was a great bonus to keep the kids entertained. We especially loved the two open balconies—one with a stunning ocean view! It was peaceful and the perfect spot to relax and unwind. Having access to the resort’s amenities was a great bonus. Communication was excellent throughout our stay. We’ll definitely be staying here again!

Great views / awesome access to amenities

The hosts were very responsive and helpful with any needs that we had. The views really are beautiful. The resort was great for us, although we mostly spent our time at the waterpark and Palomino island. The casitas have relatively easy access to the rest of the resort (it takes some walking but not bad). The room is ideal for 2 adults and children. They had a small playroom with kids bunk beds and toys that kept our kids entertained. I think it would get a little tight if we were 4 adults, depending on your group. Overall, I would stay here again, if I wanted a resort like experience in PR.

Wonderful Stay with Excellent Amenities

Maria and Ramon are incredible hosts. We had several unexpected issues during our stay -- a full island black out, a sick child -- and Maria and Ramon went above and beyond and communicated before, during, and after our stay to ensure we were comfortable and had everything we needed.The apartment is great - the sitting/dining area and beds are all in one big room, and there is a small kitchen, two lovely patios and a small closet/bunk room where our kids ended up staying most nights). The apartment is well stocked, including kids' toys, which were a big hit. Maria and Ramon made sure we had everything we needed - sand toys for the beach, umbrellas, lanterns during the power outage, etc. The hosts are members of the El Conquistador resort (which is adjacent to the "Las Casitas" area where the apartment is located) and can facilitate access during your stay. We hadn't expected to spend much time there, but it ended up being an invaluable amenity. Between Las Casitas and El Conquistador, you have access to 7 pools, many hot tubs, a water park, a private beach island, and shops and restaurants. It's also a quick drive to town, bigger shops, and other areas of interest.Overall, I would highly recommend the apartment if you're looking for resort amenities without being in the middle of the resort and if you want a beautiful, clean, comfortable place to stay that's convenient to many areas of interest.

Week in paradise!

I read all the reviews other vacationers posted before we booked. Everything people said was true about the property And especially Maria and Ramon! Amazing people and very attentive. Even when our daughter got sick, not only did Maria bring her tea, fresh ginger and a lemon for her stomach, they even brought her a watermelon when she said that was the only thing she wanted to eat. Gorgeous and well maintained property. Loved being able to quickly and easily access the resort and all the amenities it offered! Hoping to come back and stay again to take advantage of all that area of PR offers! Thank you Maria and Ramon!

Great place with Amazing view

We were on the weekend of Feb 16 and we could not be more pleased during our stay, María and Ramón are excellent hosts, the apartment is super comfortable and the beds perfect to recover energy after a day at the beach on Palomino island (which is included).
