VERY beautiful place and is close to several restaurants, beaches, and marinas! The place was very clean and cozy. The host communicated effectively and it was an overall wonderful stay! Would definitely book again.

Easy to access supermarket, pharmacy, beautiful 7 Seas Beach. Car is pretty much necessary, and that was our expectation.

Our recent stay at Dos Marinas in Fajardo was outstanding from start to finish. The unit was spotless when we arrived—clearly well cared for—and everything felt fresh, organized, and thoughtfully prepared.What really stood out was how peaceful and quiet the property is. It’s the kind of place where you can truly relax, whether you’re enjoying your morning coffee or winding down in the evening. The furnishings were comfortable and well chosen, giving it a clean, modern feel without sacrificing that laid-back coastal vibe.The views were incredible—easily one of the highlights of the stay. Looking out over the water each day never got old.Location-wise, it’s hard to beat. You’re close to marinas, restaurants, and everything you need, but still tucked away enough to feel private and calm.Overall, this is a place we’d absolutely return to and confidently recommend to anyone visiting Fajardo. It strikes the perfect balance between comfort, convenience, and scenery.

Best view we have ever had.

The checkin is a bit confusing but owner quick to respond when we got confused. The view and convenience of the location is awesome. We sat on patio for hours just watching the boats come in and out . We went on a trip out to island and it was 5 min drive to the dock to catch the trip .I would stay again just for the view . Comfortable for 2 .

Amazing

The property was amazing!! Clean and security was reassuring. Not sure if in miss read but didn't had a place to stock towels so did alot of washing of towels because it was limited. So have your quarters. Other then that will be there soon . 5 stars for me !

Beautiful view!

The check in was a bit tricky, but was able to figure it out. Jose was helpful responding on our questions. The place needs a little updating and better cleaning. Specially the bathroom. Restaurant and grocery stores is like 7 minutes away which was nice. The Catamaran is walking distance as well. Overall was a great place, the view was spectacular.

Great Views and Location, Cleanliness Could Have Been Better

The place was overall as advertised and good value for the money. However, when we arrived we had to clean the floors and some surfaces ourselves as the place was NOT properly cleaned. We showed the host some pictures and he offered us a cleaning fee refund that was never fulfilled.

That view!!!

We had some difficulty getting into the gate and building. The phone number on the listing was an old number that was no longer functional. Laura did come to the rescue and talked us through. All stresses forgotten once we made it inside. Very clean and the view is simply amazing. Thank you Laura for your kindness!

Bed was disgusting, dead and living bugs in kitchen, plumbing issues.

Communicated with owner and property manager.....offered to compensate lunch and for supplies we had to purchase. Over a week later.....no compensation and no communication. Not keeping their word after all of the inconvenience was just too much. Daughter and I came to celebrate our birthdays. We had an amazing time on the island. Can't wait to go back--will definitely stay somewhere else.

Safe and secure with senic views.

Close to local shopping, beaches and the national forest. Perfect for 2 adults with two kids under 10. The bedroom has air conditioning, the rest of the condo doesn't. Being on the 28th floor there is a natural breeze. If you open the windows which keeps the living, kitchen cool. There are 2 futons which worked fine for my two young kids. Big pool onsite. Security guard at the main gate. Lots of Americans living in these two buildings full time. Find the lock boxes located near the gate entrance and its pretty easy to get in. Will stay here again. There's an awesome little coffee trailer down the streets.
