  • This beautiful ocean front/city view two bedroom apartment is located in the heart of the popular Isla Verde tourist section, where you will find the most spectacular beach in San Juan. It is located on the 6th floor of Marbella del Oeste and has a spectacular city view from the balcony. The bedrooms have a king size and a queen size bed. It has a Living/dining room area and a fully equipped kitchen with ice maker , and washer and dryer for simple washing. For big load washing, there are coin operated machines located in the lower lobby.

Perfect location, right on the beach. Easy to get to where you want to go. Go have a drink at Chico’s, you won’t regret it. Only downside is the noise at night. Loud music late into the night most of the time we were there.

Vacation in April

This place was amazing. The location and condo were just as advertised. Beach chair and umbrella rental were priced well. On the beach. Everything was wonderful. Highly suggest

Great location

A great location right in the middle of lots of restaurants, bars and shops. Quick and easy access to the beach which directly in the rear of building lobby. The host is very responsive and stocked the place with everything we could possibly need to make our stay easier.

We absolutely enjoyed our stay here! The condo was very clean and exactly what we needed for our family. The beds were comfortable and there was plenty of seating for our family of five. It was located right on Isla Verde beach which was beautiful and fun for swimming and relaxing. There were a lot of great food options within walking distance. We had a little difficulty checking in because I had trouble finding all of the check-in information in the vbro app. It was spread out in several different locations and I had to hunt around for all of the details that we needed. I reached out to the hosts and they were very responsive in helping us. Based on my feedback, they said they plan to consolidate all of the check-in information in a message to make it simpler on future guests to check in. We will definitely stay here again if we ever have the privilege of making it back to Puerto Rico.

This property is absolutely wonderful Is closed to the airport Is a pharmacy across the street close to the hospital. when you open the entrance door, you can smell that is clean and is spotless.Genova answer all my questions very quick.We just love our stay.

Spring Break Vacaion

Had a wonderful time in Isla Verde. The condo is a perfect location to enjoy all that Puerto Rico has to offer. If you are a light sleeper recommend ear plugs, it can be a bit noisy at night

Isla Verde Stay

The place is as advertised and in a great location. You can walk to restaurants, CVS, Walgreens, etc. We had a bit of an issue during check-in but Genova was on point and handled things professionally. I definitely will stay here again.

Stop Scrolling, this is where you want to be.

I can’t say enough about this place. It’s beachfront, Pool, 24 hour security , minutes from the airport , and in walking distance to true authentic Puerto Rican food. The owner was beyond accommodating and stayed in touch through out my stay. I will definitely return to Puerto Rico and will hope that this place is available because I wouldn’t want to stay anywhere else. Thanks Genova for making my vacation effortlessly and beyond comfortable.. Until next time…

Perfect stay

We had a great stay! The apartment is right on the beach and on the busy strip of Isla Verde. Bedrooms are on the street side so it can be noisy at night but it did not keep us up. We had a baby who was also able to sleep through any noise on the street. The apartment was very clean and the host is very quick to respond with any questions. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it for friends and family.

Spring Break Vacation

We are a family of three. Our host was generous with his time and very prompt in getting back. The security staff is very helpful. The condo is located on the beach and in a very desirable neighborhood. We shall return.

Christmas Holiday

The host was always available and took care of any issues we had. The condo is on the beach and centrally located - with short uber trips to stores, Old San Juan, and restaurants. 24 hour security and the condo has electronic locks and gates for security.

Great time in San Juan

Property was very clean and nice. The only downside is that it faces the street, so noise level is high at all hours of the night. Bring ear plugs, and it will be no problem.

Condo in Isla Verder

The apartment was very clean and well tended, the owner easy to communicate with and responsive, the building neighbors and staff friendly and welcoming. It was a bit noisy, even throughout the night, but it was manageable. I wish I had clarified that "beachfront condo" referred not just to the building, but to the apartment as well, but I do not fault the owner for that. All in all, a very nice, very clean place to stay with easy access to a lovely beach.
