Designed for families, friends, or groups of up to six, this bright and airy home features a fully equipped kitchen, a dining table for six, and a cozy living room with a TV — perfect for relaxing or sharing meals together. Step onto the private balcony and take in serene beach views, feel the tropical breeze, or unwind in the shared pool, which is enjoyed with six other apartments in this 7-unit beachside house, creating a vibrant yet relaxed community atmosphere.



The master bedroom offers a king-size bed, ensuite bathroom, TV, and closet for complete privacy, while the two other bedrooms each have queen beds and share a full bathroom in the hallway, ideal for families or friends traveling together.



For larger groups or extended families, additional units in this 7-unit house can be booked, allowing everyone to stay close while enjoying their own private spaces. Just minutes from Isla Verde Beach, top restaurants, cafés, nightlife, and the airport, this apartment combines coastal charm, comfort, and convenience for an unforgettable beachside escape.

Guest Access:

Guests have full access to the entire apartment, including all three bedrooms, living and dining areas, kitchen, and private balcony with beach views. You can also enjoy the shared pool, which is accessible to the seven apartments in the building. The apartment is located on the second floor, and the space is completely private for you and your group. For larger gatherings, neighboring units in the same building can also be booked, allowing extended families or groups to stay close while enjoying their own private spaces.



Other Things to Note:

The apartment is part of a 7-unit beachside house, and while your unit is fully private and ready for your stay, some of the other units are currently undergoing remodeling. During weekdays (Monday to Friday), you may notice occasional noise, workers, or materials in common areas. We do our best to minimize any disruption, and these activities do not affect your private space, balcony, or access to the pool.
