  • Rio mar Apartment Villa está ubicado en un complejo cerrado con seguridad las 24 horas dentro del Wyndham Rio Mar Resort.

    Con piscina y playa dentro del complejo.

    La propiedad esta en piso bajo, tiene un balcón que da al campo de golf, tiene aire acondicionado, cable, wifi, 2 estacionamientos.

    Para llegar a la propiedad desde los parking asignados hay que bajar unas escaleras. Para entrar por el balcón , no hay que bajar escaleras.

    La cocina está totalmente equipada. El primer dormitorio cuenta con una cama king size, un sofá cama, un vestidor, balcón privado y un baño completo. El segundo dormitorio cuenta con dos camas queen size con armario y baño completo.

    La sala tiene otro sofá.

    La Villa es el refugio perfecto en el Caribe para aquellos que buscan una ubicación de resort que aún esté cerca de todas las actividades fuera del resort que Puerto Rico tiene para ofrecer. Villa se encuentra dentro del Wyndham Río Mar Grand Resort, que ofrece acceso a golf, tenis, una playa que está a solo 2 minutos en auto dentro del complejo, 5 restaurantes y una piscina comunitaria que está a pocos pasos de la villa. Fuera del complejo, tiene el Bosque Nacional El Yunque, a 5 minutos en coche, una lista interminable de excelentes restaurantes locales y acceso a todas las grandes playas de la costa noreste de Puerto Rico. Sunshine Villa puede dormir hasta 4 personas en 1 cama king y 2 camas individuales. Le encantarán las impresionantes vistas del campo de golf y la selva tropical El Yunque desde el balcón de la villa.

Our host went above and beyond to make sure our party had everything we needed for a wonderful stay. The unit was very clean and it was conveniently located on Wyndham resort property close to El Yunque National Forest. Pefect place for a family getaway.

Great Location to explore this side of island. So many activities just within ten minutes. Villa area is very clean and secure. Unit is spacious and so many socializing rooms.

The villa was quite comfortable and the owners were very helpful and communicative. The decription made it seem like we were closer to a pool and beach than we were, but it was still a great spot. Quiet and peaceful. Plenty of space!

Awesome Place!

This place was perfect for our stay! The property was clean and easy to check in and out, great spot for a large family/friends wanting to stay in one house. The location was near the beaches and restaurants, would highly recommend to anyone.

Excellent property

Amazing place steps from the beach. Very clean and modern. Owner very responsive and nice. Great place to stay and perfect location to explore East coast and San Juan . Thanks for a perfect stay!

Wonderful

There are no words to describe how beautiful the stay was at this place. Clean, safe, beautiful easy to get to easy to get around in the entire place was so nice to us. I definitely would come back and stay here. Thank you thank you so much.

Great location for relaxation

The villa is in a perfect location to enjoy El Yunque National Park and the beach at the resort. The host was responsive and even allowed early check in so we could sleep after our overnight flight. Highly recommend and would definitely return!

Trip with mom

Went to the island to see some family sights and take my mother out. The staff was super polite and helpful. Only issue was the pool at the beach club was closed on a Saturday with no reason given. At least we got to enjoy the beach though, otherthan that it was perfect!!

Clean, comfortable and spacious villa

The villa was perfect for our family of four, including two young adult sons. Incredibly comfortable beds in both rooms and plenty of room for all to spread out, including a great outside covered patio. Pools and beach about a .8 mile walk across the golf course. Great location to visit El Yunque NP (10 min drive), Old San Juan (about 40 minutes drive) and the Bioluminescent bay in the NE corner of the island. The owner is very responsive and helpful. Thanks for a great visit!

Lovely and relaxing

This condo was super spacious, pretty and clean. It has a lovely little patio as well and its proximity to the golf clubhouse and the main resort, pools and beach were also a plus. It was a v nice community and also close to local restaurants. We visited Luquillo beach which was a short drive away and enjoyed the pools and beach at the resort. Also did a day trip to Old San Juan - not that far of a drive. Owners were super responsive if we needed them. Great condo and would recommend. We had a great time.

We had a great time at this property. Everything worked well. The AC was cold, the rooms were spacious and in a nice location. Just to be clear- there is no pool, no washer and dryer, unless you have a long stay, no dishwasher, no ocean view and 30 steps from the parking lot. If you’re okay with all that, you should really enjoy this property. There is plenty of free parking. We ended buying a day pass to the Riomar pool complex as there is no way you’re getting into the Beach Class pool in the picture as merely a guest at this property. The property faces a large tropical garden and the golf course is visible from the porch. Less mobile guests can enter from ground level, walking over 50 yards of grassy terrain, but the parking lot is up the stairs. A car is a must. While we enjoyed the walk from the condo to the beach, it is over a mile in the humid heat. We had easy accesss in and out of the cluster gate and Riomar with our rental car. Entering the property was very confusing on Day 1. Do not follow the gate entry instructions in the website. They will text you with completely different access codes in the app as your date gets near. It can take up to 24 hours for the guy to answer you, so make sure you read all the instructions they text you. Again I give it 5 stars because it was very nice and relaxing,

No pool though advertised.

This is a very comfortable villa. It was very clean and in a beautiful location. It had no washer and dryer. Though a pool was advertised and there was a map for it on the wall in the villa, we asked numerous times about access to the pool but were denied and were unable to use it. We were told we could only use it if the owner was present.

Relaxing few days

Check in was easy and the manager answered our questions quickly. The condo was clean and well equipped. We loved the pool and the beach. There are quite a few stairs so would not recommend for anyone with mobility issues, however there was a back entrance that you could drive around to to load and off load your luggage. You do need a car to get around. House was a bit musty smelling when we arrived but after a few hours of the air-conditioning being on, the smell.goes away. Would definitely love to go back!

Overall we were pleased with the property. For on line listing it is important that you provide detailed information on accessibility to the unit. There were many steps to navigate for those who have difficulty with mobility and have to carry luggage. Blankets and throw needed freshening up. Response from property manager was delayed and not clear. Overall the unit was beautiful and you provided what we needed .We enjoyed our stay and would certainly recommend it!

Mold, old and filthy rusty appliances, no hot water. No washing machine, etc. etc. VRBO did not warn us ahead of time that if we were not happy with the location that we had to call while still there!!!

Gorgeous and comfortable condo

Our arrival was a little bumpy as our flight came in late, after 10pm. The condo is through the gate for cluster 3 and bear left. We walked around a bit. The gate was locked given our late arrival, but we were able to park and walk to it till morning. The condo is fully equipped and has an amazing breeze in the master bedroom with the window open. You will need a car to get around. The pool is at the cluster beach club. as a renter you are not allowed to park in the beach club, but can park near it and go through the beach side entrance. I wish we could have stayed longer! We will be back. Thank you for sharing this home with us.

Great Location

We loved the location of the condo in the property and how close it was to things like the rainforest and other beaches. The location was quiet and peaceful. The condo was clean but needs its air conditioners cleaned as they are dirty and moldy which happens with mini splits. They worked well though. They used lots of air fresheners which we unplugged when we got there as they bother our allergies. Once removing the air fresheners it didn't smell stale or bad. We didn't use anything really in the kitchen. Beds were fine. We enjoyed our stay.
