The exclusive guest pool area includes a Spanish-style gazebo, outdoor showers, lounge space, and plenty of room to relax under the palms. The pool area is reserved exclusively for guests staying at our villas.

Guest Access:

Guests will have private access to the entire villa and outdoor living spaces during their stay. Enjoy your own tropical patios, outdoor seating areas, washer and dryer, and access to the large resort-style pool area located just steps from the villa..



The pool area includes a Spanish-style gazebo, outdoor showers, lounge seating, bathroom facilities, and plenty of space to relax in the sun. Access is reserved exclusively for guests staying at our villas.

The villa is conveniently located approximately 45 minutes from San Juan International Airport, with easy access to beaches, El Yunque National Rainforest, Fajardo excursions, ferries to Vieques and Culebra, and many of eastern Puerto Rico’s top attractions.



Luquillo Beach and the famous kiosks are just a short walk or drive away. Free parking is available at the villa.



Other Things to Note:

The villa is equipped with solar backup power and backup water systems to help provide comfort during occasional island utility outages. Air conditioning is available throughout the sleeping areas for added comfort.



The resort-style pool area is reserved exclusively for guests staying at our villas and includes lounge seating, outdoor showers, bathroom facilities, and a covered gazebo.

Cancellation Policy: Any eligible refund will be less non-refundable payment processing fees charged by third-party payment processors. These fees are not retained by the property owner and cannot be recovered once a payment has been processed.
