The unit was lovely, especially the penthouse area. Loved the views all around. The facility was safe and clean. Beach was very nice. Hostess provided beach chairs, umbrella and also in home games. Enjoyed the free Wi-Fi, convenient parking and friendly guards. Hostess provided a lot of info before arriving - which was very helpful. Having said that, there were some disappointments too:1. The Hot Tub was NOT hot. It was the same as the pool water. 2. No hot water in the unit except for the shower, and it was sketchy. Couldn't get through a short shower before it ran out.Minor annoyances:1. No trash bag in the kitchen2. Ants were a constant battle.3. No posted Check-Out procedures. It was tough not getting the info until the last day. Overall, the place was great for the price. We still completely enjoyed ourselves, and would recommend it to anyone. Thank You for sharing this unit with us.

Only an overnight stay, but found the property very clean and accurately described. Accommodating and responsive hosts. Gated and secure ocean front property. 4th floor, nice views, roof top patio was nice. Spacious and comfortable beds.

Everything from booking to checking-out was seamless! Owner provided so many resources and recommendations:) Their property is beautiful and clean and has everything you need. View and bonus upstairs space is GORGEOUS and the pictures you see do not fully capture the view and spacious accomodations.We will be back with the family!

Fantastic communication from the host--very, very helpful and appreciated. Loved the space in the unit...especially the open-air top floor. Great for seeing the stars and great for seeing (and hearing!) the ocean, great for being out early in the morning. Other balconies are fantastic, too!Quite complex. Safe. Loved the pool right by the beach...that's not too common. Beach itself was fine, and very private if you walk down the left. Pretty water and plenty of shade, if you want that. The other pool was not as clean (leaves and such) and the hot tub was not hot when we tried it one evening. (We found that several hot tubs on the island are not really like hot tubs on mainland.)Unit had great AC and great water pressure in the showers; one shower was hot all the time and other was hot most of the time. Host provided a nice "welcome package," that included snacks and coffee--was especially handy for us as we had a very late check-in due to flight delay!! Loved all the appliances...toaster, coffee maker, air fryer, and rice maker (I think? we didn't use it...but nice that it was there if needed.) Great beach towels, two umbrellas, and two coolers were available for our use.Overall, tremendous value for the money. Steps from the beach and decent location to access the east side of the island.

Our stay was perfect! Our host was so kind, the place was immaculate, and the beds were comfy! The upper deck is awesome with views of the ocean on one side and thick trees and plants on the other side! We enjoyed the beach and pool everyday. If we are ever lucky enough to come back to Puerto Rico we will definitely want to stay here again!

Excellent resort! Private beach and two pools. The home had three balconies. We moved to different ones depending on where the sun was. Gorgeous views in every direction. If you are staying here there is not a large supermarket near by. It is best to grab groceries in San Juan. Would definitely stay here again!

Exceeded Expectations

We traveled to Puerto Rico to celebrate our 10th wedding anniversary and had family stay with us. The condo exceeded our expectations. Pictures don't do it justice. The property was well maintained, secure and had all the amenities we were looking for. The condo was well stocked, including beach extras so travelers can focus on spending time on the beach and exploring the enchanted island of PR.

Enjoyable Work Week

We stayed at the Zen Penthouse while working around the San Juan area for a week. While it was a bit of a drive, it was great scenery so you hardly noticed the time. In our downtime, we enjoyed the local bars and restaurants that were near by, the pool right beside the ocean and I particularly enjoyed business meetings from the rooftop terrace. What a great place to enjoy the sun and the amazing view.The apartment was incredibly clean, the ac's kept us cool for a perfect night's rest, the internet was reliable for Zoom meetings, the neighborhood was quiet and was close to groceries, gas, food and fun.In addition, the price was more than affordable for all this place and area had to offer. Can't wait to come again.

An unforgettable stay with a view and a host to match

Just returned from our first stay at a beautiful VRBO property with a view that could make even the most seasoned traveler stop in their tracks! From sunrise to sunset, it was like living in a painting – one we almost didn't want to leave. An added bonus was the breathtaking view of the beach right behind the building, with easy access that made it feel like paradise was just steps away.Not to mention, the host was on top of her game with communication! Quick responses, thoughtful details, and made us feel like we were checking in with an old friend, not just a rental. 10/10 would recommend if you're looking for both a stunning view and a host who knows how to make you feel welcomed.
