“Perfecto todo”

“Apartamento impecable. Debido a un compromiso que teniamos nos permitiron entrar antes. Ubicación buena.”

“The house is in perfect condition. Fully furnished, including utensils. I came with my family including little children and we had an amazing time! We walked everywhere. The location is good, close to stores and the point of interest. The communication was fast, effective and clear. We even left stuff behind and I was immediately notified and provided with a currier solution. We Highly recommend the place and group. Special thanks to Cristina Fidago who is the manager. Thank you all for...

“Very clean Great location Host was very responsive via text or email.”

“Flat was beautiful with a wonderful location.”

“Be aware that you cannot rely on this listing for accommodations. We arrived at the property and after waiting for 3 hours where the host notified us via app that “Ares” was soon arriving to let us in. They NEVER showed up. We ended up having to book a Hotel in town for our stay. VRBO customer service was going to book us at a “Hotel Sevilla” which I asked first for the information which they just kept repeating “Hotel Sevilla”, completely deceiving as it turned out to be Hostel Naranjo....

“Great property in a great location. Everything is walkable. The apartment was clean, and came as advertised. Family of 5 - plenty of room for everyone. Each bedroom having a bathroom with a shower was very helpful. Overall very nice stay and the hosts were helpful and communicative. Would highly recommend for a visit to Sevilla.”

“La ubicación, las instalaciones, la atención de su personal, la orientación y el servicio permitieron una estancia muy agradable, cómoda, calida y segura. Gracias !!!”

“The apartment is beautiful but dark very dark. Nice furnishings, spacious and located in a fabulous walk to everything area with excellent bars, restaurants, grocery stores, and taxi ranks just footsteps away. It is also very well managed by Genteel Homes. However, not a single window of those you see in the photos opens to the outside world. They all open on to a terrace space surrounded by 4 brick walls and covered by a skylight. We stayed there for 14 days and found it to be very dark and...

“Todo muy bien, la verdad, sólo corregir olor cañerías en cocina compartida.”

“What a fantastic experience! This apartment is ideally located in the heart of Seville, within walking distance of major historic attractions, restaurants and shopping. Check-in/out was a breeze and communication with our host was clear, prompt and professional. Fabulous!”

“The location can’t be beat! Right on a main shopping drag and great for standing on the balcony and taking in the sounds of the city! Beds were comfy and actually, I’d like to know what kind of pillows they have because I loved them! The business of the street made it hard for one of us to sleep, but it was worth it for the location!”
