Great place to stay especially if you have a dog!

This little house was cute and had everything we needed. The dog appreciated having a back yard and the proximity to the beach!

Christmas Get Away

The location is great; a quick walk into town or to the beach and a short drive to Solvang, Morro Bay, Madonna Inn. The management agency was quick to respond, friendly and helpful.

such a cool town! house was very clean, super close to the best, freshest sea food, beach and donny forget coffee & donuts @surfsidedonuts ! thanks again for allowing us to bring our sweet girl, the town loved her.

Great location.

Easy walk to beach, shops, and restaurants. Beds were comfortable. The in-law unit allowed me to take a client call in privacy and without disturbing the family fun.

4 day beach getaway

It was just perfect! Great location and the added bonus of two off street parking spots is huge. No worrying about parking here. Also by far the most well stocked rental we have had the pleasure of staying at from kitchen accessories to bedding it would be hard to want for anything! Thank you for a wonderful getaway!

Nice Christmas Getaway

Our family of 4 enjoyed our stay in Pismo Beach over Christmas (Dec 24-27). We had a few issues soon after arrival, but the property management company responded appropriately.

Great Location

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a good time at our stay. Upon entering the location it was very stuffy however after opening the windows and using the fans provided the home aired out fairly quickly. The outdoor unit was a nice touch. There was cold water coming from the shower in the outdoor unit however I emailed the company and they replied right away and sent over the handyman even faster and it was a quick fix. The backyard patio and bbq was nice for our dinner and to hang out and relax and drink wine in the fresh air. Every where we wanted to go was walking distance. Parking was provided for mid size vehicles. We did have a truck and trailer and had to find parking spots on the street but that wasnt too hard. All in all it was a great birthday stay.

Rent again?

Some items needed attention especially a over hanging tree at the back door and a bush should be removed that make parking bad. Over all I would stay at this house again.

Wedding weekend getaway

Property is located in a great central location. We were minutes walk from the beach and restaurants as well as a short drive to a wedding venue we were attending Check in was simple and accommodating. The house was perfect for six people with a small granny unit for two of the guests. There was a welcome coffee setup and plenty of dishes and utensils for our needs There is a table and chairs in the backyard for morning breakfast as well as evening happy hour.

A fun old beach house.

Central location in the town. Stocked with everything you will need. The landscaping is a little rough. But I liked grilling in the back yard. I plant to come back again. Friendly service.
