  • Located in the prestigious Avila Valley, This home is the ideal gathering place for family vacations or events upon approval. This is a custom luxury home on 13 acres with approximately 3650 s.f. This home has five bedrooms plus a bonus room with 2 sets of custom built bunk beds(4 twin beds) and four bathrooms. A Gourmet kitchen featuring professional grade appliances which include two ovens, large center island and large pantry. The open floor plan has vaulted ceilings, three fireplaces, wood floors in common areas.

Such a great spot for a small reunion of classmates from Cal Poly. Great location for hiking the ridge by the house, heading in to downtown San Luis, or the beach in Avila or Shell.

This is a beautiful home on a wonderful property. A great, centralized location between Pismo Beach, Avila, and San Luis Obispo. Our large group couldn’t have been happier with it.

We had a wonderful stay at the Avila Valley Luxury Estate. It exceeded our expectations! It was perfect for our large party between the plenty of beds, the large kitchen, and massive backyard. We all fit comfortably and all agreed we would definitely stay again!

Fabulous Property

We were in Avila for a family reunion and this was a perfect place to house the 11 of us and we were able to enjoy the beautiful backyard with some of the extended family. The host was very easy to work with. Would love to return sometime.

What an awesome place! Tons of room to spread out, and the outdoor area was a highlight—perfect for relaxing by the fire pit. We lucked out with sunshine on Saturday, which made the stay even better. Highly recommend this spot for a great getaway. Thanks so much

Boy’s weekend

Close proximity to Shell Beach, pickleball, hikes, and fun activities to do around the house during down time. Plenty of space and away from the busyness of town. Absolutely loved this place

Wonderful location for large family gathering

We stayed here with our extended family to celebrate my Dad's 80th birthday. We loved the location and the many different zones inside and outside to sit and talk. The kitchen was incredibly well stocked and we cooked several large meals together. The bedrooms were very comfortable and we really appreciated having 4 bathrooms! Fantastic stay!

Girls Weekend on the Central Coast

We had a fantastic weekend vacation! Check in was perfectly convenient. The host was very friendly and welcoming. The home is fantastic for a large party. We spent the weekend exploring the surrounding area but also enjoyed the incredible backyard! Highly recommend this house for any groups of all ages!
