Stretch your legs with 4 miles of walking trails (contained within the property) along the Estrella River which runs the length of the property. Take a soak in the hot tub under the stars. Private lawn, patios, outdoor seating and dining. Three bedrooms, each with Cal King beds, ceiling fans over the beds and two full baths. Plenty of parking, including a two car garage. WiFi and Dish TV on site. Central heating and air along with a cozy wood burning fireplace. Just far enough out for a country feel, but not in the middle of nowhere. This is also fantastic bicycle country. Wineries are nearby awaiting to be discovered along with the many fine restaurants of Paso Robles. Owners live on the farm, in a separate house, and understand the concept of privacy. Horses and a burro reside on the farm along with a friendly small Rat Terrier that makes the rounds. Four barn cats call the 300 ton hay barn home. Recently renovated, you will feel instantly at home and completely at ease the moment you open the door. Guests have access to the Tropical Pond on the property November 1st through May 1st. Cornhole setup on site.
