“Para el precio esperaba en mejores condiciones de las instalaciones, veo que le falta mantenimiento en general, excepto las piscinas que se encuentran muy bien. Con el check in todo bien, el check out mal una persona con cero idea de servicio al cliente. Además el servicio de cable no funcionó nos ofrecieron que llegaría el técnico y jamás se apareció. La ubicación y amenidades bien, el desayuno que incluye no es buffet solo te sirven una vez y si quieres algo mas es con un extra.”

The sink was outside the bathroom yet still in the room, which was a perfect placement in front of a light up mirror. “The location was great. When I arrived I felt that the rooms were kinda small and they need to change the mattress on all beds. They are like a rock. I’m sure they are able to afford to replace with comfortable mattresses. The place needs a some remodeling, but over all it’s in a quiet location. All you hear is ocean waves .
