“Geweldige locatie met veel originele details, authentiek. Ligt prachtig met diverse terrassen en mooi zwembad wat hoger gelegen. Lieve en betrokken gastvrouw die echt fantastisch kookt. Een echte aanrader voor een week met de familie, ook door de privacy van de diverse kamers”

Lovely location - we did the walk up to Montecarlo most days to sample some of the local restaurants and coffee shops - and an easy drive into Altopascio for food shopping. The villa was well laid out for a group of 13 of us ranging from 9 to 49 and pretty well equipped including pool inflatables and sun loungers for the lovely infinity pool. “We recieved a warm welcome by Mr. Chiappa, and the place is truly wonderful. The house itself is compact (and the stairs even more so), but large enough for the 4 of us. Everything felt fresh and clean. Mr. Chiappa also provided us with a box full of home grown tomatos, cougettes, cucumbers and herbs. “Giacomo was a great host who was there to well is to the property when we arrived. He was on hand if we needed anything and bought us fresh fruit from his garden several times which was delicious. The villa had everything we needed and the pool was great. Location wise, it was a 10 minute car journey to Lucca which we visited several times. There are several restaurants close to the villa including Eva which did amazing ice creams. We really enjoyed our time in Tuscany and the villa. ”

“Awesome stay at Casa Dell Aqua : big space, beautiful view, nicely equipped kitchen and near a lot of nice cities. The last 10min of road are very narrow to get up the mountain but it's definitely worth the trip ! Very private, the hosts came for a few checks of the pool and gardening but we never even noticed them.Would totally recommend !”

Francesco und seine Mutter sind sehr zuvorkommende, freundlicje, gute Gastgeber. Die Gegend lädt ein zum Wandern, Radfahren oder Ausflüge machen, z.
