The place itself looked clean until you moved a piece of furniture and found trash underneath the couch. The yard guys came and cut the grass on the 2nd morning, which was needed. Just something that should have been done beforehand.I can say the check out was easy and pain free. Where the property fell short was in the communication. The first day the toilet, bathroom sink as well as the kitchen...

“The place was wonderful. You felt secluded yet you were actually in the middle of everything. Close to good restaurants, especially Elio‘s Italian restaurant. Or if you want to go further and do the caverns and Guadalupe State Park or just hang close and do the Comal nature tour and the Gorge. Dogs loved it and the outdoor fire pit and indoor fireplace were definite plus when it was cold. Deer everywhere ”
