“We enjoyed our stay in Unit B314. Communication was top notch from On the Sand Vacation Rentals. On the Sand Vacation Rentals left a sweet snack basket, and water which was a nice touch. Everything was as pictured! The bathrooms and kitchen are all updated.The bedding and towels were in excellent condition. I appreciated having enough towels to get ready, and the bedding was cozy. “Eric is a fantastic host and checked multiple times during my stay to ensure all was well. The unit is clean, fresh and peaceful. AC worked great but not needed with the windows open during the cool Oceanside nights. In unit washer and dryer are super convenient. Upgraded walk-in shower (no tub to step into). Access to the upper deck has a view of the Pacific and great sunsets. All around great stay, easy and quick drive to the beach. Worked perfectly for my needs in Oceanside!”
