The mountain chalet "h e i m a t" is located in St. Martin in Passeier in the heart of South Tyrol and accommodates up to 8 guests. The 4 bedrooms are furnished with a king-size bed, two queen-size beds, and two single beds. The chalet features 2 bathrooms with bathtub and shower. The fully equipped private kitchen includes a dishwasher, oven, coffee machine, and all necessary cooking utensils.



Outside, you can enjoy your private garden with both covered and open terrace, as well as a balcony with breathtaking mountain views. A private whirlpool and sauna offer pure relaxation. Barbecue and garden furniture are also available.



Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, satellite and cable TV, game console, table tennis, fireplace, underfloor heating, washing machine, and dryer. Families will find a high chair, baby cot, toys, and a playground. E-bikes are available on request and can be used for an extra fee. Six parking spaces are available on the property.



Pets are allowed on request (max. 2) and can be brought for an extra fee. Smoking is not permitted. Daily cleaning service is available on request and can be booked for an extra fee. Breakfast service is available on request from the host. The mountain breakfast box is delivered to your door and includes South Tyrolean products such as bread, butter, egg, jam, fruit, yogurt, croissant, and juice. Coffee is not included.
