This unit could be situated on the ground floor, featuring a patio and garden area, or on the first floor, which has two terraces; the floor cannot be guaranteed; you may state your preference. Still, the allocation depends on the availability at check-in. The layout comprises a living room with a small kitchenette and a double sofa bed, in addition to a bedroom with a double bed as well as a single bed. The windowed bathroom includes a shower. Guests can also take advantage of two small laundry facilities that are available for communal use. Beach distance: 900 m. °Pets are not allowed. °Photos are generic: the accommodation may differ in furniture, decorations, and colours. °Swimming pools are open seasonally (mid-June/early September): dates vary due to weather or maintenance.
