The Residenz Luxor is centrally located in Bibione Spiaggia and stands out for its unique Y-shaped architecture, featuring a main building and a pool terrace facing the beach. It is located right next to the main street with numerous shops and is only 600 m from the thermal baths in Bibione. On the first floor, guests have access to a laundry room with coin-operated washing machines, while the first floor features a playroom specially designed for children.
The two-room apartment with a side sea view is located on the 5th floor and can accommodate up to 5 people. It features a bedroom with a double bed and a single bed, as well as a sleeper sofa in the living area that provides two additional sleeping spots. A satellite TV and air conditioning are also available. The fully equipped kitchen features a gas stove, dishes, silverware, pots and pans, a microwave, a washing machine, and a refrigerator with a freezer compartment. The apartment has two bathrooms, each equipped with a shower, toilet, sink, and bidet. The apartment includes a 12 m² balcony with a side view of the sea, furnished with a table and chairs that invite you to linger and relax. Travel time from the Italian border is approximately 4 hours.
ARRIVAL DATE + LENGTH OF STAY
Please refer to the calendar for the arrival and departure dates as well as the minimum length of stay during your desired season. Note: If, for any reason, you are unable to arrive on the scheduled arrival date, you may of course check in the following day (please notify us before arrival). The same applies if you wish to depart early; in this case, departure on the previous day is also possible. However, the rental period and price specified at the time of booking will remain unchanged.
BEACH
The beautiful, wide sandy beach of Bibione is just a few minutes’ walk from the resort. The beach is characterized by its fine sand, which is particularly pleasant for walks and sunbathing. It stretches extensively along the coast and offers plenty of space for relaxation. There are both public beach sections that can be used free of charge and equipped areas where lounge chairs and umbrellas can be rented for a fee. Beach bars serve refreshments and snacks, while restroom facilities enhance the comfort. Lifeguards ensure the safety of all beachgoers, and thanks to the wide walkways, the beach is easily accessible even for families with strollers.
POOL
The pool area at the Residenz Luxor is a special highlight, offering relaxation and fun for the whole family. The spacious swimming pool is surrounded by a well-maintained sun deck with lounge chairs and umbrellas, ideal for sunbathing and relaxing. For children, there is a separate shallow area in the pool that was designed specifically for our younger guests.
FAMILY-FRIENDLY
Bibione offers families wonderful moments on the gently sloping, golden sandy beach. Children can enjoy themselves at various playgrounds and with an entertainment program featuring arts and crafts and sports activities. Older children have the opportunity to learn windsurfing at one of the five schools, as the sea breeze makes surfing safe and easy. In addition, great bike paths invite you to explore on two wheels. Bibione is thus a place that combines fun and relaxation for the whole family.
LEISURE AND SPORTS
There are numerous entertainment and sports options to suit every taste. Water sports enthusiasts can try windsurfing, sailing, stand-up paddleboarding, and kitesurfing, while beach volleyball, soccer, and bocce can be played on the beach. Extensive bike paths invite you to go on exploration tours, and tennis courts as well as a golf club offer additional sports options. For fitness enthusiasts, there are outdoor fitness areas and yoga on the beach. Children can enjoy activity programs featuring crafts and sports, while evening events with live music and shows provide entertainment. Additionally, walks in the nearby nature park and birdwatching offer opportunities to relax in nature.

You’ll find a variety of shopping options within walking distance. Not only can you find groceries and everyday items right nearby, but you also have plenty of opportunities to spend hours strolling through the shops.

PETS
One pet weighing up to 20 kg is allowed per unit and must be registered at the time of booking. Please note that when traveling with a dog, a €100 cash deposit is required.
