Service is top notch. Our families enjoyed swimming in the pools while my besties and I get to have our quality time catching up to news.”

The room we were initially assigned was not safe or suitable for sleeping—there were many mosquitoes, and the bathroom was unsanitary. We requested a room transfer and were asked to pay additional money. Even after transferring, the new room still had mosquitoes. Both my child and I ended up with numerous mosquito bites.
