(This is saying a lot as I am from Alaska and have a high level of expectation for views ) the family that runs the base camp and restraint were so sweet this was one of the most memorable stays I’ve had in my life. “I had the most wonderful stay before and after the Choquequirao trek, and in fact the stay before was so wonderful and hospitable that I completed the trek a day early so I could return for one more night. The hosts are so sweet and thoughtful, and Katherine went above and beyond when I returned from the trek a bit sick, offering me honey for my tea from their personal kitchen area.
