Beautiful house in a beautiful location!

This home is very large and very well-equipped. It has all the benefits of a vacation rental home with the amenities of a hotel. Communication and service were excellent; Zoby took care of everything for us before and during our stay. The beach and pool are fantastic, and the house itself is beautiful and comfortable. Could not recommend this home more highly; hope to return to stay again one day!

Great Spot, Great Staff!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our group of 6 (3 adults and 3 kids) stayed at Seascape Villas (Villa 6) in February 2020. The service at the Villa was wonderful. The property manager, Lupe, arranged for us to be picked up at the airport and brought to the rental, when we arrived the guys brought our things to our rental while Lupe showed us around. The villa was very clean and well appointed. We have rented many places throughout Central America and the Nautilus is one of the only ones that included basic conveniences like salt/pepper, sugar, coffee etc. The owners even went a step further and there was extra sunscreen and bug spray! So nice! The place was cleaned every day and the beds were clean and comfortable. The property was clean thanks to the very friendly grounds staff, who kept the pool clean and cleared the seaweed off of the beach daily. There were kayaks for our use. We paddled out right in front of the villa (about 500 meters) to the reef where there is fantastic snorkeling. Definitely rent a golf cart for a few days so you can explore the island, San Pedro and go to secret beach! I would not hesitate to recommend The Nautilus at Seascape Villas to anyone, everything about it was wonderful. Thank You.

It was wonderful to be water front and with the pool to be just a few feet away. Everything was clean and the staff very friendly and helpful. We highly recommend Seascape and the many activities in the area.

A week in paradise!!!!

Seascape Villa 6 was exactly as advertised and filled our needs. The staff responded to our requests quickly and cheerfully. We greatly appreciate all that Lupe did to ensure a pleasant stay. She is a great asset to Seascape and we cannot praise her too highly. The resort is lovely and very comfortable as it has been outfitted with quality appliances. In our opinion, anybody will be very happy with Seascape.

Absolute paradise

We had the most amazing vacation in Belize! The property and Villa is even more beautiful than the pictures show! The villa was well stocked and even had some basic spices for cooking all the fish we caught. Lupe was simply amazing and helpful! She was available whenever we needed her or had a question. She booked fishing trips for us and even arranged for us to be picked up right from our dock. I honestly can’t say enough about how awesome she was! Even the groundskeepers went above and beyond. I’m bummed I didn’t get their names but one day they were out trimming the coconut trees. We wanted to make coconut rice so we asked them for a coconut. Not only did they pick us a coconut, but they opened it, cleaned it out and shredded it up for us. Then he shared the most amazing recipe. The rice was awesome! I would most definitely recommend this property and really hope to return next year!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: INCREDIBLE!!! This villa was magic! We have stayed MANY places in San Pedro and this was by far our favorite. It exceeded our expectations. The staff was fantastic. They arranged the cab from the airport, spa services in the villa, fresh conch ceviche, fresh coconut juice! The list goes on! We kayaked out to a buoy on the reef and had fantastic snorkeling right in front of the villa. We could walk or ride bikes to amazing dinning experiences that were super closet home. The pool is the perfect place to take a break from the saltwater. The villa amenities are endless. Washer and dryer, kitchen stocked with everything you need to prepare a meal. AC worked great! PRIVATE! SAFE! CLEAN! BEAUTIFUL!!!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have stayed at Villa 6 at Seascape Villas for several years in a row, and as always, the experience was excellent this year. The Villa is spacious, clean, and well appointed. Cleaning staff arrive each morning. An on-site property manager is available every day to assist with anything needed. Any problems (our air conditioner compressor died after a power outage) were remedied promptly and professionally. We enjoyed a huge catered group dinner at our Villa, enjoyed the pool which we had all to ourselves most of the time, and spent many evenings enjoying the ocean view from the large beachfront porch. I’d recommend this property to families or groups.

Ambergris Caye in July

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a wonderful stay at the Seascape Nautilus Villa 6. The villa was absolutely perfect for our party that was made up of 4 adults and two kids ages 8 and 14. The location for us was perfect...oceanfront and close to a lot of amenities that could be easily reached with our golf carts. We highly recommend Secret Beach as well as the Rojo Bar. We went there many times during our stay. Lupe, the concierge, was marvelous and highly recommend her insights into the island as well as the tours. She took care of arranging everything for us. There were only two things that I guess we could've done without. One was all the seagrass which made it impossible to go into the ocean right in front of the house. We read about it and apparently, it's a problem that's throughout the Caribbean, Mexico and the US. The other issue was the mosquitoes. You really can't come out between 5:30-8 am and 5-7pm or you'll be attacked mercilessly. Just picture the scene in Star Wars when the Death Star is being attacked. But outside of those times at dawn and dusk, you're fine. We LOVED Seascape as well as Ambergris and look forward to visiting again.

Lupe, at the front desk, was very helpful and always had a smile. The cleaning staff was very polite and did an awesome job. If we had any concerns they were addresses promptly. It was nice to not be so close to San Padro because it was quite a busy town. There were enough restaurants close enough that you didn't have to go into town every day to eat if you didn't want to.

The owners have appointed the place beautifully and the property managers make sure everything goes smoothly. We cooked some. The kitchen has everything you need! There is a lt to do right on the property - Swim, kayak, bike, fish. The wners have us tips abut fishing tours and a local dive shop. Both were great
