“A very cozy little house made us feel welcome right away. The owner's love for detail was visible everywhere. We had coffee there to enjoy on our first morning, night lights in every room, and even two beach chairs and a sun umbrella to take to the beach. Enjoyed our morning coffee on the covered porch and explored the historic neighborhood during walks. Downtown is just a few minutes drive, and our now favorite beach, Pass a Grille, only about a ten minute drive. We felt very welcome and...

“We had a wonderful stay! Home was clean, comfortable and well stocked! Location was perfect, especially since we were visiting family nearby. Nice and convenient to park in driveway as parking can be challenging in St. Pete. Loved the view of Crescent Lake Park from the house and daily walks. The treats were appreciated.”

“Overall we had a wonderful stay. The pool is lovely as is the house. Beds were very comfortable and the house was clean. Communication with the host was excellent. The only downside to our trip was the refrigerator. As noted by another reviewer, the fridge part keeps things cool, not cold. We used the freezer as the fridge. Inconvenient but we made it work. I was given some compensation by the owner for the inconvenience. Overall, highly recommend.”

“This is a nice place for a short trip. The rooms are nice and large. There aren’t any dressers in the bedrooms. The beds and the sectional are very comfy. Needs dishcloths and potholders in the kitchen. Pier out front needs repair. Even with these things, we would probably stay again. ”

“We had a great time with our family in St. Pete. Amy’s home is wonderful. Plenty of room to stretch out and relax for the 6 of us, and a very quiet neighborhood. We cooked some at the house and enjoyed some great restaurants close by. The pool was warm and clean. We watched fish and birds in the inlet as well as a manatee! We borrowed beach chairs which were great since we had flown in and couldn’t pack all the comforts from home. Amy was great to communicate with us at anytime we had questions...

“Great location if you plan to spend some time downtown, very easy to get a ride share quickly. Communication with the host was excellent. The house itself is dated - expect creaky floors and nothing fancy, but for art deco & Florida decor fans like myself, it was absolutely charming. Felt like a visit to great grandma’s house.”

“Very clean! The beds were very comfortable as well as the linens. The kitchen had a nice selection of cookware as well as kitchen utensils. The whole house is very comfortable and tastefully decorated. The backyard feels very private and is so beautiful. We ate outside on evening on the patio next to the tiny pond with the fountain. The bubbling sound of the water was very calming. Overall, just a very beautiful place.”
