“Excellent location. Perfect place for us to stay.”

“It could have been great… the apartment is nicely updated and tidy, but DIRTY! The good news is, this is an easy fix and I hope the homeowner will take heed. The bathrooms and kitchen were dirty and full of the homeowner’s personal items-weird and gross! Additionally, the beds were like sleeping on a slabs of granite! We stayed two nights, and between the dirty bathrooms and uncomfortable beds, we couldn’t have faced another night! ”

“The stay was great and the host was attentive to our needs. I didn’t read the entire description and found out after grocery shopping there is no stove. Our bad for not recognizing “kitchenette” other than that we highly recommend and will stay again when we visit SF again. ”

“We enjoyed our stay. The cottage was well-appointed, with a large kitchen and everything you need for a comfortable stay. The bed was comfortable and the air conditioning was a blessing since we visited during an extreme heat wave. Lovely yard and driveway parking. Great communication from the hosts. The best part was that it was just steps from downtown Benicia which is a wonderful place to walk, sightsee, shop, and dine. ”

“The apartment was very clean and quiet. It's in a good neighborhood convenient to Balboa Park BART station, a Whole Foods, and a Safeway. At most times it was about a 15 minute Uber ride or 30+ minute BART ride from downtown San Francisco. The only thing we would have appreciated is some other way to make coffee than a Keurig machine; we made do, but a cheap French press or pour-over drip would have been nice. Thanks for the great stay.”

“I really enjoyed it. It was small, but cozy. It was quiet. I enjoyed my stay here. It was clean easy to find and close to everything to catch the bus the train to get to all the activities. We did like Alcatraz Chinatown, and fisherman’s wharf. I really enjoyed this place. I will stay here when I come back to San Francisco. Thank you. ”
