We had a great time. House was wonderful and the staff was great. Staff prepared our food and it was all delicious. Beach was all sand, no rocks, and very good for playing in the waves. We really enjoyed our vacation and would highly recommend.

Great and beautiful home

The views were amazing. Staff is great and are always trying to make your stay as pleasant as it can be. Maribely cooks anything you provide and Javier was very helpful. The location is tricky but well worth it.

Great vacation!

We had a wonderful stay. Easy beach access, 90 mins from airport. John was a great manager - helped us organize rides. Javier and Marabelli are amazing on-site staff! Marabelli was a wonderful cook! We truly were able to relax and unwind.

Pochomil Paradise

Beautiful home on the Pacific coast of Nicaragua. Outstanding home with so many amenities. The staff of Marbeli, Fiama and Javier were incredible. Always ready to do whatever to make or stay memorable. The owner was always contact and a pleasure to work with. Don’t pass this green up when planning your trip to Pochomil!!!

Words can hardly express how incredible our stay was! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by the warm and welcoming staff, cold beverages in hand, such a thoughtful touch that set the tone for the entire experience.The home itself is absolutely stunning. Spotlessly clean, beautifully designed, and filled with tasteful decor and artwork that give it an elegant, yet cozy atmosphere. Every corner of the house was thoughtfully arranged, and the master suite along with the rest of the home was the perfect retreat for me and my family.One of the highlights was the full staff included with the reservation. They took care of the cooking and cleaning, allowing us to fully relax and enjoy every moment. The pool was serviced daily, fresh towels were always available, and every detail was handled with care and professionalism.The location is excellent, close to stores in case you need anything and the beach was clean and inviting. Watching the sunset from the pool deck felt like something out of a dream. Truly magical.Special thanks to John, the owner, who was always just a text away. He was incredibly welcoming and made sure our stay was nothing short of perfect. His attention to detail and genuine care made a big difference.I’ve rented in various places all over Nicaragua, and I can confidently say: this is now my home away from home. Thank you, John, for giving my family and me such a memorable, relaxing, and flawless vacation.EXCELLENT VACATION — HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

Beauty and Tranquility

We (three couples over 50) stayed for two weeks and loved every minute. The house and grounds are beautiful. The views over the Pacific are stunning. The constant roll of waves is fully audible. We chose to have staff cook our meals, even though we have never experienced such a thing before. That was a great choice. Marbelly is a fantastic cook. She and Fiama took care of our meals (every one of them delicious), cleaning (everything sparkling), and all of our washing. Javier, who watches over and takes care of the beautiful grounds helped us with anything we needed - where to catch a taxi, how much it should cost, how to rent horses to ride on the beach (he did it for us - we insisted he ride with us and we had so much fun with him as guide). Javier went to the store for us, came with us to the store to help us navigate, went out for a late night pharmacy run, and on and on. He is so friendly and approachable. We made full use of the lovely pool, the six hammocks, the gorgeous views from the upstairs balcony, the easy direct access to the beach where we walked early each morning. We could go on and on, but we would not want to neglect mentioning Rogelio, whom John contracted to meet us at the airport and also take us back. But Rogelio did so much more than this - he took us to Costco (called Price Smart in Managua), and another grocery store, also to the currency exchange in Managua. He was our shepherd - so patient, friendly, and helpful.

Beautiful place to relax

We loved this villa. It truly is stunning. The large open plan kitchen, dining, living area was normally cool with the fans on. The kitchen is well equipped for cooking. Water was provided in a water cooler that had cold and boiling water. Such a bonus to have boiling water on tap for tea. From a layout point of view 2 of the bedrooms downstairs were ensuite. The front bedroom had a bathroom next to it. Upstairs the master bedroom had a family room attached and they shared the master bathroom that was huge. All bedrooms had air con and fans. Mostly we used the fans and that kept the rooms cool enough although a couple used the air con. The balconies on the house were lovely and there was an amazing sunset view from the master one. The house staff of Javier, Maribel and Fiama were really great. We shared the cooking as there were some things we wanted to do ourselves. The bits we asked them to cook were done really well. Especially the whole fish that we had bought fresh from the local fish market. Maribel and Fiama kept the inside spotless. They cleaned and washed up as well as doing whatever laundry and cooking we required. Javier kept the outside spotless and sourced some surf boards for us. The surfing was not that great in front of the villa though. We loved our stay and John was a great host, really engaged and full of helpful hints. There is not a lot in the vicinity to see or do but if you want a relaxing stay in a luxury villa this is the place for you

Beautiful beach house

We enjoyed this beautiful house,very clean,the staff are very attentive to every need,very polite and friendly,Francis and Marjorie made us feel so at home they are two super sweet ladies. They accommodated our needs such as preparing delicious foods, cleaning, and maintaining the house. AC works well and wifi works great if you need to do any work away from home. The decor of the whole house was very colorful and lively that it brighten up each room every time you walked in. This house is very spacious which was very beneficial as we were able to have a family gathering take place with comfortable furniture to relax and see the incredible view. We were able to enjoy the sunrise and sunset every day on the balcony and on the beach. The back entrance of the house was also a plus since it has easy access to the beach which was just a few steps away. Mr John was so communicative he was so happy to help with every need or question we had,he quickly answer our calls or text. Highly recommend Mr. John if you want to have a great stay in Pochomil.
