Electricity
Standard daily electricity consumption for this apartment is included in the accommodation price.
The average daily electricity consumption is 10.96 kWh.
We kindly ask you to use the air conditioning and other electrical appliances responsibly and to switch them off whenever you leave the apartment.
If the average daily consumption exceeds 10.96 kWh, the guest will be responsible for covering the cost of the electricity used above this allowance.
Any additional electricity charges must be settled before check-out, either in cash or through the booking platform, where available.
Upon request, we are happy to provide a screenshot from the CEB app showing the actual electricity consumption for the apartment.

Complex Expansion
The complex is currently undergoing an expansion.
All swimming pools, common areas, and guest amenities remain fully available.
Construction work takes place daily between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM, so some temporary construction noise may be heard during these hours.
To reflect this temporary inconvenience, the accommodation price has already been adjusted accordingly.
