  • Welcome to this charming house 255 D #A in San Rafael. This wonderful property features 2 cozy bedrooms - one with a queen bed and the other with a twin bed and pull out trundle twin . The bathroom includes a bathtub/shower. Additionally, there is an office space with an extra nook twin bed for any work or relaxation needs. Enjoy the fantastic amenities such as WiFi, heating, and a washing machine during your stay. Fantastic place to base a vacation around, it’s within walking distance to parks, great bakeries, and food shopping. The place is spacious with everything needed for a fun, fun, fun time. Best of all, it is dog friendly, and we wouldn’t have been able to enjoy ourself without having our pup with us.

Our family was in town for a family wedding, and had an excellent stay. Michael was very accommodating with us needing to drop off flowers before check-in time, and was an excellent host. The house is very comfortable, and very close to everything we needed to get to. They also had an adorable toy area, which my granddaughter loved to play in. We would stay here again.

Great location in older neighborhood. I really enjoyed having a private outdoor space. Lots of trees and birds around. I would definitely make the same choice.

Quick and friendly check in. Had a parking spot reserved for my family. Safe neighborhood. Clean home and tidy front yard.

The location is excellent, although parking can be a challenge. But very centrally located within both San Rafael and Marin County. The place itself is charming, and is the lower level of an older home. The only cons that I would point out are that if you have an issue with noise above you (there is a family that lives above), or if you don't like the sound of children at play in the morning, this may not be the place for you. It didn't affect our stay because of our schedule, but if you are someone who likes to sleep in, it may affect yours. But overall a very nice little place.

Pros: safe neighborhood, updated TV w open movie streaming apps, quiet, ready ice, ice trays, nice tub for a bath, updated bathroomCons: Tons of Dog mess in front yard that prevented us from hanging outside at night. Stomping kids upstairs, not enough wash cloths for 5 people. Doors & windows did not securely lock. Half lights not working.
