This two-storey house is ideal for large groups of up to 10 people
The house consists of three floors: On the street floor are the main living room and the kitchen with dining room. Both are very spacious and fully equipped.
On the ground floor are the garage and the pool. Also the boiler room, the office if you want to work, a bathroom with shower, and a small laundry room.
The upstairs consists of all bedrooms and two full bathrooms.
The accommodation has a total of 4 bedrooms, two bedrooms with two single beds each and the other two with double beds. In addition, the living room has a sofa bed, which means that it can be used as an extra square.
The rooms have closets and the master bedroom has a dressing room and a large hydromassage bathroom.
The accommodation is suitable for up to 10 people. Access with small children and babies is allowed as there is a cot.
Guests have access to the entire property.
Hy 3 full bathrooms with all the necessary amenities: hand soap, gel and shampoo, towels, hair dryer, etc.
The kitchen is fully equipped: coffee maker with coffee, microwave, washing machine, etc.
Private wifi is available throughout the property
You will also have access to the private garage.

The property is located in Pueblo Nuevo de Guadiaro, which is located in the Andalusian municipality of San Roque, in the province of Cadiz.
Some of the main attractions in the area are the beautiful beaches nearby such as Soto Grande, or Cala Sardina Beach (both 10 minutes by car).
You can also take advantage to visit towns in the area or the city of Cadiz (at 1h 30m approx)
The house is three floors and has internal stairs.
Distribution of the places:
1 room with trundle bed ( 2 of 90 cm)
2. Room with two separate single cmas
3. Suit double bed with dressing room and bathroom
4. Room with large bed and cot
5.Large living room with sofa bed
Village Rules: There is a water cut during specific hours of the night.
To get rid of the garbage, you must leave it outside, they come to collect it every night.
There are alarm sensors that look like cameras.
Stay with children is allowed, but should take special care with stairs and pool
Extra guest after check-in 60€/day.
The house must be picked up, otherwise an extra cleaning fee will be charged to the guest.
Pets are allowed with a 50€ cost per stay as long as they behave appropriately and do NOT use the beds and sofa out of respect for the following guests. Extra pet after check in 150€/stay
No parties or events are allowed in the accommodation.
Smoking is not permitted. It will carry a penalty of 150 euros.
The noise levels and sleeping hours of the adjoining neighbours must be respected.
Failure to comply with the rules will result in immediate cancellation or financial penalties.
It is compulsory to fill in the documentation of the guests as indicated by the Spanish authorities of accommodation, with the data of the DNI/Passport in the link that we will send you.
Damage to the following amenities will cost:
10 € small towels
20 € large towels
10 € sheets
30 € duvet cover
In case of damage or breakage of the lock of the entrance door to the accommodation will entail a penalty of 700 euros.
The loss or non-return of any key or control of the accommodation or garage will cost 60 euros.
Any damage during the stay will be deducted from the pre-loaded deposit.
The cleaning or maintenance team will always access the property if any unforeseen events occur that they can solve.
We are not responsible for any belongings left in the accommodations.
Walking through the residential areas with swimming pools in swimwear or without clothing is strictly forbidden. Appropriate attire is required at all times.
