“The property was not clean: dirt and toys under a bed, dirty towel hanging up, old food in freezer, old coffee in coffeemaker. Advertised with use of pool and hot tub but we were told 10 days before the stay those weren’t accessible. There was no liners in the trash cans and no place to dispose of the trash outside. We were given 1 disposable coffee cup for 4 people, 6 nights. No other cups. No WiFi password upon arrival, had to request it. One of the TVs was difficult to get to work. ...

“Words cannot describe how wonderful our time was spent there. Marty and Michelle greeted us with open arms and accepted us as part of their ranch. These people are the salt of the earth. They were always around if we needed anything, but did not hover. We were actually invited to enjoy in the festivities of their ranch, which I feel makes it more of a family orientated area. I would recommend this place and these people to anyone who wishes to have a family atmosphere around a ranch...
