Villa Minna is a fantastic 5 bedroom villa located in the Puglian countryside, just 5 minutes’ drive from the traditional town of San Vito dei Normanni. Split between 2 buildings, each with its own lounge, kitchen and private outdoor space, this villa is ideal for large groups travelling together but wanting their own space. Nestled within expansive grounds, you’ll have everything you need for outdoor living with a large swimming pool, a fabulous outdoor dining area and your own private tennis court. Pool heating, WiFi, and air conditioning/ heating in all 5 bedrooms plus Villa 1 kitchen are included.

Villa Minna is ideally located just 5 minutes drive from the charming town of San Vito dei Normanni. This traditional town is home to a good choice of shops, bars and restaurants plus a weekly market every Monday where you can purchase some fresh, local produce. Carovigno, another beautiful town, is 10 minutes’ drive away, also home to a good range of shops and eateries. The wonderful historic town of Ostuni, famed for its whitewashed buildings, is 25 minutes’ drive away, while the stunning Adriatic coast can be reached in 20 minutes by car. Be sure to visit the fabulous Torre Guaceto Beach and nature park!

Main pool: 10 x 4 mtr, 1.1 - 1.5 mtr depth.

Pool heating is not available during July and August.
