Located in a quiet residential area, it allows you to enjoy the relaxed Provençal lifestyle while being close to the local attractions.

Its prime location guarantees a restful holiday just minutes from the main points of interest in this seaside resort.

The sleeping area is thoughtfully laid out for everyone's comfort. The first bedroom has a double bed (140x200 cm) and a bunk bed with two single beds, perfect for children.

The second bedroom has a sofa bed providing additional sleeping space for two people.

Linens and towels are included in the cleaning fee.

For preparing your meals, you will have access to a kitchen equipped with an oven, microwave, and refrigerator-freezer. A Nespresso coffee machine is also available for your gentle mornings.

The house has a functional bathroom with a hairdryer included.

Please note that the property does not have Wi-Fi.

Pets are not allowed.

The outdoor spaces are a real asset to your stay: you can relax on the terrace or balcony and enjoy a very large, fenced garden. The land is divided into two private plots.

Please note the presence of a secure well on the property; for safety reasons, it is strictly forbidden to climb onto its rim.

For your convenience, a private parking space is available on-site for one vehicle, allowing you to park with complete peace of mind. You will be given two sets of keys: one for the gate (which must be closed after each use) and the other for the main entrance door.

The location is exceptional: you can reach the port of Sanary and all its amenities in just a 5-minute walk. The famous Portissol beach is also just a 10-minute walk away, allowing you to fully enjoy the sea without the need for a car.
