“We booked this hotel specifically because it was close to the airport and had 24 hour room service. We came in on a late flight. There was no room service menu. Rang room service. No answer. Rang reception and they didn’t know so transferred me to room service. No answer. I went down to the lobby and asked front desk. They didn’t know so took me into the restaurant. They told me they didn’t know what was for room service yet because there is no chef overnight and they hadn’t decided yet. I could...

“Good place to stay out and plenty of parking around”

“Conveniently located with a restaurant that you can eat breakfast and dinner”

“This apartment hotel was outstanding! Our suite was incredibly roomy and very well appointed. Laundry in our room, panini griddle, toaster, dishwasher etc and a grocery store right across the road. It was just a short walk to the riverside and to the ferry. Could ask for more in my opinion. Wish we were staying longer! Highly recommend this property if it fits your budget.”

“4 stars are because its not a new build and its age is showing in some areas. In saying that, we would rebook if in Brisbane again. The airport shuttle service was a bonus. Ask for a lower floor room if this would cause you an issue”

“This property is really nice and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. We would definitely stay there again”

“Heal House is a lovely property owned and operated by Lindsay and Bryce. They are charming hosts. Breakfasts were great, the location is very convenient and they provided many great suggestions of things to do in Brisbane. Our room was very comfortable and we enjoyed two very nice meals at restaurants a short walk from the property. We would not hesitate to recommend this property as a place to stay while enjoying a visit to Brisbane”
