Ok but not a 5 star hotel
It’s not on par with other 5 star hotels. The pool and spa areas are great and there’s a lifeguard on duty. Breakfast was fine but dinner was poor. Weird and poorly prepared dishes and poor hygiene from the guests. It seems that there’s a lot of potential but the direction and overall attitude isn’t clear.

Great management of the hotel,very friendly and helpful staff,amazing view,tasty food....Perfect place for full relaxation! Great kids amnesties-pool,outdoor and indoor playgrounds.Fully recommended place!

I really enjoyed the view and the hot pool outside. However I’m not satisfied with the food products quality as well as children in the spa beyond the pool area.

Schöne Auszeit mit Verbesserungspotential
Dieses Hotel ist wunderschön gelegen. Man kann über die gesamte Stadt schauen. Ein absolut schöner Ausblick! Die unterschiedlich warmen Pools sind auch klasse... Für jeden ist sicherlich der richtige Pool zu finden. Die Villa selber ist super sauber und sehr ruhig gelegen. Allerdings hat der geschraubte Holzboden im Terrassen-/Poolbereich der Villa sehr viel Reparaturbedarf. Die Schraubenköpfe stehen nach oben, so dass man sich barfuß wirklich ernsthaft verletzen könnte. Die Holzleisten sind teilweise gesplittert und gebrochen. Auch hier grosse Verletzungsgefahr... Also nur mit Schuhen laufen! Ansonsten ein prima Hotel!!

The spa and saunas are in great shape. Breakfast, and food in general, isn’t their strong suit; but good enough. The staff is friendly and helpful.

Very nice hotel with fantastic amenities and friendly staff. The spa facilities are great, very clean and up to date, The breakfast is a feast and the interior design is modern and cosy.
