“Tom was super great to communicate with in the location of this duplex is super cool. So much to see in the area with a short drive or walking around the asylum property. A beautiful field filled with pecan trees around the properties as well. The unit was updated, but still a little bit more needs to be done. Still a great experience overall though. ”

“The room is absolutely crawling with roaches. They are crawling up the walls and on every surface. I don't think anything has ever been cleaned in this room before. The bedding is dirty and stained.
