“The house was well stocked with everything we needed for our 2 night stay. It's advertised as lake view but that wasn't the case for us. Maybe it's the time of the year but the tress were so over grown they blocked the view of the lake which is across the street a block away. Overall we enjoyed our stay. ”

“Our stay at Martin Manor was perfect for our family! We were from 3 states, in town to celebrate two graduations at EKU. Loved the historic nature of the home and the spaciousness that gave us plenty of room both to spread out and to congregate as desired. “We absolutely loved everything about this place! The house was well-equipped with everything we needed and had a cozy, homey feel that made us feel instantly comfortable. “It was a great stay and the owner was really polite. We had an ant problem, most likely because it rained, but they brought us some ant traps for us. Only thing that bothered me was there was a wasp nest in the front door when we arrived. The main Bathroom needs a little work but that didn't bother us to much. It's a great view and you can walk down the hill to the lake. The driveway down is very hidden and very tight. The owner did make us aware of that the day before our stay. ”
