    About The Property



    Designed to make the most of its enviable seafront position, 25 Breakwaters features a bright, open-plan living space where the sea is always centre stage. Large patio doors flood the apartment with natural light and open onto a private balcony with uninterrupted views across Sandown Bay and the English Channel.



    The comfortable lounge area is furnished with quality leather sofas and a Smart TV, creating the perfect place to unwind after a day exploring the Island or enjoying the beach below. As evening falls, guests can relax on the balcony and watch the lights shimmer around the curve of the bay while ships glide past offshore.



    The dining area seats four and sits alongside a well-equipped kitchen, making the space ideal for sociable meals, relaxed breakfasts, or cosy evenings in.

    Guests can choose to pay a non-refundable damage waiver (£35) or provide a pre-authorised security deposit (£150) before check-in. (The deposit is only charged if damage is reported within 7 days after departure.)

    Pets: Up to 1 well-behaved pets are welcome (£35 per pet, per week). Please bring your own pet bedding and add pets at booking so the fee is included. If undeclared pets are discovered, the fee will be requested separately.



    Electric Vehicles: No on-site charger; use of mains electric for car charging is prohibited. If it becomes apparent a car is being charged, additional costs may apply.

This was our second year at the apartment, it was every bit as good as the first - standards haven’t slipped at all… it’s spotlessly clean, beautiful decor, very spacious, really comfy beds and pillows, everything you could possibly need is provided and the sea view from the balcony is breathtaking - cannot wait to return again next year Nothing! Excellent place to stay but building work on the building ruined the trip. From 7:30 in the morning building work kicked off with noise all day . A pump was running all day and night as well as scaffolding banging all night

This apartment was absolutely stunning!

This apartment was absolutely stunning, it was bright and modern, spotlessly clean, the beds and pillows were really comfortable Things we loved: The view from the balcony and the sound of the ocean. It was spotlessly clean. It was bright and modern. Having two bathrooms. The beds were really comfortable. It was dog friendly.Everything we could possibly need was provided. Loved that it had an Alexa. The beach hut Parking bay was provided. The Island Holiday Company staff were SO kind, friendly, attentive and helpful. There wasn’t anything we didn’t love about the property!

The fantastic views very comfortable beds know problem with noise . We found it very hard with the doors being so heavy we are both disabled and I had a mobility scooter which l at to get in and out of the doors and found it very narrow to get in rounds to lifted I at to leave it down by the lifted I don’t think the apartment is suitable for disabled people but love the apartment.
