Great place. Walkable to downtown and parks. Nice and quiet unit with safe and secure parking. Was hoping pool was open but it wasn't. No hassles at all and Evan was very nice!

Best stay of our road trip. The updating in condo was wonderful! The pull out couch bed was comfortable. Pool right there from your porch. Location was great! Highly recommend.

Sandpoint is a great town. Condo was in an excellent location. East walk to town -shops and restaurant. Condo is well furnished and we would highly recommend. Owner is easy to work with and very hospitable.

If you’re looking for a perfect spot to stay in Sandpoint, this is your place. It’s beautiful close To downtown easy accessible to restaurants and shops, or a quick hike in the woods, and most important extremely clean.

We had a wonderful time here! The condo was comfortable and had everything we needed. It was very clean and cozy. We also loved being able to walk downtown. We will definitely be back!

Family adventure

Enjoyed the beauty of Idaho. The lake was nice. The location was perfect and walking distance to many great restaurants and close to the beach. Silver wood amusement park which was the main reason for the trip, was not too far as well.

Great Location and Host

Location of the unit is very convenient and within walking distance of downtown. Host was very prompt and helpful. The location within the complex was quiet and the bed was very comfortable. A nice place to stay to enjoy Sandpoint.

My wife is very particular about cleanliness and usually spends time cleaning prior to comfortably settling in.... not the case in this unit. The unit is updated and looks great. Evan is very attentive to ensures you settle in and have everything you need for your stay.

Super cute spot in a great location

Beautiful spot, fantastic location, great for couples/a small family! Owner was lovely to deal with, property is really well maintained and super cute, and the pools are an excellent bonus. Easy walk into town/City Beach, or a short drive to the beach if you’re packing the many things needed by a toddler for the day. Was the perfect spot for a wonderful long weekend!!

Great Condo Experience!

Our family stayed in the condo during the summer and found it well appointed for our trip! The kitchen is well equipped and organized, and the unit was very clean and comfortable for our stay! Appreciated that we could walk to town quite easily. Evan, the owner, was very responsive and great to work with too!

Great location and clean!

We enjoyed our short stay, very clean and a perfect location to access the lake and downtown. Pool was steps outside our back door which worked great for the kids and it was never too busy to swim, we were often the only ones or one additional family. We used the bikes to bike around the neighborhood and into town which was fun because that isn’t something we can do at home so made it something unique and fun for the kids.

Great experience

Very clean and accomating unit. Short walk to Lake and downtown. Very quiet and calm. Even better than our high expextations. Owner is a great guy and goes out of his way .Even called a couple of times to see how things were going. MUCH BETTER THAN THE BEST HOTEL.
