  • LA COMUNIDAD

    Seasons at Sandpoint es una comunidad privada frente al lago administrada profesionalmente que consta de condominios de 1, 2 y 3 habitaciones, así como casas adosadas de 5 habitaciones. Se encuentra en la encantadora ciudad de Sandpoint, directamente a orillas del lago más grande de Idaho, el Lago Pend Oreille de 43 millas de largo. La ciudad también está rodeada por tres cadenas montañosas principales, Selkirk, Cabinet y Bitterroot que ofrecen vistas espectaculares durante todo el año.

    Hay una casa club ubicada en el centro, también conocida como The Retreat, donde nuestro personal le dará una cálida bienvenida a la propiedad y le mostrará su condominio o casa adosada.     La marina

    La propiedad está situada directamente en la línea de costa del enorme lago Pend Oreille de 86,000 acres. Contamos con un puerto deportivo privado con capacidad para 80 embarcaciones con un dockmaster para ayudarlo a prepararse para un hermoso día en el lago. Puede amarrar su propio barco durante su estancia con nosotros o simplemente alquilar en una empresa local. Sin duda, podemos recomendar empresas que alquilan todo tipo de embarcaciones, como kayaks, tablas de remo, botes de esquí, corredores de olas y botes de pontones.     LA PISCINA Y LA TINA CALIENTE

    La piscina climatizada al aire libre junto al lago y el jacuzzi están en el centro de la comunidad, directamente en frente de la casa club.     PLAYA PRIVADA

    Las residencias

    Tenemos una variedad de residencias de diferentes tamaños disponibles para alquiler, que incluyen condominios de 1, 2 y 3 habitaciones, así como casas adosadas de 5 habitaciones. Cada residencia tiene un plano de planta abierto y balcones privados con vista al lago. Están completamente amueblados con ropa de cama, terry, utensilios de cocina, vajilla de comedor y lavadora / secadora.

    Esta casa adosada de tres pisos y 5 habitaciones puede alojar hasta 14 personas. La casa está construida en un paisaje inclinado, por lo que la entrada frontal te lleva al segundo piso, que sirve como el nivel de vida principal. Este es un espacio maravilloso para que sus amigos y familiares se reúnan cómodamente. En este nivel encontrará una cocina completa, área de comedor, sala de estar, balcones con vista al lago y un medio baño convenientemente ubicado.

    El nivel superior contiene tres habitaciones cada una con su propio baño privado. Dos de estas habitaciones tienen una cama de matrimonio y la tercera habitación tiene dos camas individuales.

    El nivel inferior ofrece una cocina adicional, sala de estar y medio baño. También hay patios ubicados fuera de este nivel que te permiten caminar fácilmente hacia la piscina y el puerto deportivo. Este nivel contiene dos habitaciones, una con dos camas tamaño queen y otra con dos literas (cuatro camas individuales). También hay un baño completo privado en este nivel. Tenga en cuenta que solo se puede acceder al baño completo y al camarote a través del dormitorio con camas tamaño queen.

We had a fun 5 day visit to Sandpoint. The townhouse is very spacious for our big extended family. The view and location to downtown Sandpoint is fantastic. Very nice to have a great heated pool and hot tub on the property. And also nice to have a garage to park in. The downstairs bedrooms do not have windows and the lighting is low there so that is a drawback. Conversely, the primary bedroom faces east and morning sun pours through early every morning--darker shades would be very helpful. The trains go by constantly and shake the house but we did get used to it. The townhouse looks pretty rough in many areas and seems due to be updated. The next door neighbor seems very unhappy that this is a rental and is quick to complain about every minor detail.

Great spot for Schweitzer skiing

This was our third stay at The Seasons at Sandpoint. We have been very happy with all three of our visits. The property has units that will accommodate a large group, it's a short drive to Schweitzer for skiing, close to the town center, and it has a fantastic hot tub. The property owner was also very generous in comp'ing us a free night based on some minor issues with a few of the appliances in the unit. We highly recommend The Seasons at Sandpoint!

Perfect Home Base for a Fun Group Getaway

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We do a yearly trip with a few other people and this year we decided on Sandpoint. Having the marina (which we utilized), pool, small beach, walking distance to to town was very convenient. The house was nice and laid out well for a group. The basement bedroom configuration was a little awkward, both basement bedrooms have no windows, and you have to walk through one bedroom to access the other. We knew about this before we booked, though. Only negative was the neighbor next to us. We have a shared backyard space with them and if our children put their feet over into his section, or touched his grass or bushes, he made sure we knew that was HIS yard and we had to stay on our side. The children he was upset over were under 4, it's very difficult to keep them on one specific patch of grass when it's all open and shared. Also, this same neighbor watched a 75 year year old grandpa spend over an hour setting up a tent for his grandkids to play in, didn't say a word. Then called the front office and complained (tents aren't allowed, and we did not know). We had no problem with the "no tents" rule (honestly did not know), but he really just sat there and watched the entire time and didn't say a word to us, then called the office after it was all set up! He really could have just told us instead of watching the whole time and then calling it in. Needless to say, we felt like this particular neighbor kind of put a damper on the trip, but we still had a good time overall and the property and front desk were very nice. We would not choose this unit next time based on the neighbor.

Awesome Town House!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We spent an amazing week at this beautiful Town House! Our family of 10 enjoyed all that Seasons has to offer their guests. We loved the private dock, the pool and hot tub, the private beach and one of us had a fantastic message! Everything is a short walk from the townhome. We were also able to walk to town for restaurants and shopping. The Sat. Street Fair was great. Since my husband and I are 79, we really appreciated the elevator, especially from the patio level to our bedroom! Some have complained about the trains at night. None of us were bothered, they never used their whistles at night and were kind of soothing rolling through town. The staff was so very helpful answering our questions. My grandson left a special souvenir, and I received an email the day we got home offering to mail it to him. Thank you, Scott!! We loved everything about this property and look forward to returning next summer!

Good stay with some caveats

Overall the stay and property was excellent. However a few things to note. 1. I’m not certain there was AC in this house. At least we couldn’t find it anywhere. It got HOT. The sun blasts this house all day and it never really cooled down at night. 2. The trains are LOUD!!! Two of the bedrooms are less than 50 feet from a train track and the trains come all hours of the day. 3. Location is great (other than trains) but it’s quite a long walk to the public beach. Bikes or car is recommended. 4. Check in process is a little old school. No remote check in. You have to pick the keys up from a physical person. And if you show up late it’s after hours. Would like to see an ability to check in with codes etc. 5. Hot water runs out fast. We had four adults in the house and in the mornings after one or two people showered we’d run out of hot water for a few hours. For the price we paid, we’d kind of thought they’d at least have instant and unlimited hot water.

Perfect location

We are a group of five friends who meet two or three times a year to knit, chat and eat. This location was perfect. The home is conveniently located to downtown Sandpoint and City Beach and the view is fabulous. The property was immaculate, with plenty of space. We would all like to return (or not to have left!)

The views can not be beat, great location - just a quick walk to town, quick walk to the shared hot-tub (also with great views), the house is furnished well, the kitchen had everything we needed. Check in was super quick and the staff very nice. We did hear the train regularly, but some used ear plugs at night and slept well.

Winter ski trip

Our second stay here for our group of 9. Four kids age 9-16 and 5 adults. Plenty of room to spread out, sit by the fire, do a puzzle after fun days skiing up at Schweitzer. Large well stocked kitchen. Very comfortable and highly recommend!

Great place with great views

We stayed here with a group of 9 people and this unit was so spacious, we did not feel like we were on top of each other. It was very clean and comfortable, and great proximity to town and a reasonable distance to the ski hill.
