“We loved the fenced in backyard! It made it so much easier to bring our FurBaby! Communication with Jimmy was amazing. It’s so cool how the house is more of a residential area but within walking distance from so many wonderful things! I recommend renting a golf cart to drive around the Huron area!”

“Great little cottage to stay in! Close to a lot of things but far enough away to not be crazy busy around it. Tons of local food joints. Lots of amenities inside so we didn't have to bring anything from home with us. Couple minor issues but the communication with the host was amazing to work with to get them remedied promptly.”

“We had a great stay. The property is clean and just like the photos show. Our only complaint would be road noise. Unfortunately, there was road construction. I think due to that closure more traffic than normal was by the house. No fault to the owner and hopefully they finish that up soon.”

“House was very clean. Carpet felt clean. Beds mattress have a protective cover on, which i love. Furniture was clean and comfy. Only thing i didnt like was the bath sink and tub didn't have a drain plug and I was worried that a toothpaste cap or something would fall down the drain. But over all very pleased with this home. Affordable, clean, close to attractions. Thank you so much.”

“Owner is great! Had everything we needed. Great spot”

“Very clean. Pet friendly and short walk to the lake.Bunk beds were metal and very noisy when slept in.”

“The home was nice, seemed recently updated and the arcade games are a plus. However, there were mouse droppings in the silverware drawer, used qtips behind the couch and the cookware in the cabinets were definitely not cleaned before they were put away. Also had to contact the host for wifi password and check out instructions as they were not provided upon check in. Host was very nice and responded back within a timely manner. Overall a decent place to stay. ”

“Communication with the host was virtually non-existent. The host did not provide a check-in email until I had to call the VRBO ask that they intercede in communicate with the host. We waited outside of the rental for nearly 20 minutes trying to figure the situation out. The host eventually emailed the door code and check in information. I had messaged the host days before asking about check-in cuz I had not received any information via email and no response. The rental itself was in good shape...

“Beautiful property and Connor was super helpful and responsive”

“Had slight issue with the code to the door on check-in, but otherwise thought it was an exceptional value and very clean.”

“It was very well kept and stocked with supplies. Everything was nicely decorated and clean. There are stairs to climb up to the house that may make it difficult for a person who has health issues or are unable to walk up a set of stairs. It is a short walk to a kid friendly park and swim area with pretty views. The walk is easy unless you have a health issue regarding walking.”
