Cozy, comfortable, clean house with close proximity to Cedar Point (15 minute drive)! We loved having the small fenced in backyard and charming little private community park on the lake within 3 minutes walking distance! Lots of food options close by as well. Great communication and detailed information from the host!

We were in town for a volleyball tournament. Host was very responsive and everything was just as described. We will definitely be back!

Jimmy’s home is very close to Cedar Point and the lake. The check in process was easy and he allowed an early check in, which we appreciated. The home does need some repairs such as the furnace has a loud squealing sound when it turns on, the electrical outlet popped out of the wall when I pulled out the blow dryer cord from it, there is some peeling on the wall below the kitchen window, the kitchen counter is missing part of the counter trim, and the house has a musty smell inside. Hopefully, with some repairs the house can be improved. The musty smell is a concern since I’m not sure if this is due to moisture coming in somewhere or if it’s a cleaning issue. The floors need a deep clean as there was a lot of dust/dirt on them and the kitchen floor looked dingy. The neighborhood was a mixture of nicer cottage houses and some that need some work, too.

Great weekend stay at this 3-bedroom home near Huron! Quiet neighborhood and a cozy, lovely home. It could have used a bit more dusting and mopping, but overall we enjoyed our stay. Super convenient location—gas stations, Walmart, and Kalahari all within a quick 6-minute drive. Would stay again!

Fun stay at Rye Beach

My family had such a great time. The house was clean, neighborhood was cute, so much room for all of us and we loved the patio area. So close to all the attractions we enjoyed. Would stay again, lovely place.

Stayed with my family of 5 and 2 dogs to enjoy Cedar Point. House is in a very quiet area and had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. The house overall needs a little work and better beds but it worked well for what we needed.

Great Place

This was a great house to enjoy our short weekend stay. It was clean and accommodating. Close to everything but put to where it was super quite. We would definitely stay here again.

Host was excellent at getting us the information we needed. House was clean and well stocked. TV was set us for several streaming apps. Area with fenced in yard was perfect for our two dogs. Great location close to Cedar Point and other places to explore. We will stay there again in the future.

Great alternative to a hotel

This was a great alternative to a hotel as we were in town for my nieces volleyball tournament. Loved that it was pet friendly with a fenced yard. The short was to the water was awesome!

Communication with the host was virtually non-existent. The host did not provide a check-in email until I had to call the VRBO ask that they intercede in communicate with the host. We waited outside of the rental for nearly 20 minutes trying to figure the situation out. The host eventually emailed the door code and check in information. I had messaged the host days before asking about check-in cuz I had not received any information via email and no response. The rental itself was in good shape and convenient.

Worked for us

The host was very accommodating and communicative. Great place for pets. Decor was well done…very cute and beachy. House needs some work, but it worked well for us needing a place to stay for a softball tournament with our kids.

Great property

This house was the perfect house for our weekend get away. It was just the right size for us. It also allowed dogs and even had a fenced in area for them. Walking distance from Lake Erie.

Cute place to stay

Very cute little house close to Kalahari. Owner was easy to work with and allowed us to check in early. Very responsive also.

Perfect Alternative

This rental is nicely decorated, very clean and well supplied with everything you need. It was actually more cost effective than a hotel and conveniently located. Communication with the host was great and detailed instructions were very helpful. Highly recommend!
