Great Experience.

Only recommendation, to let us know if we wanted the condos in the first floor, versus the second floor. Makes a difference when you are on a three week trip.

Looked just like the pictures. Very clean. Only thing i would say is it only had one bathroom and that bathroom is located inside the master room so the other guest had to come in that room to use the bathroom so just be prepared for that. Other than that loved the area and place.

We had a great time at The Inn, would highly recommend to families looking to go to either Cedar Point or to take a ferry to the islands while in season (ferry from Sandusky stops service after labor day)

If you are looking at a map and thinking you are a block from strolling on the lake, think again! It is an industrial wasteland across from you. Sleep was prevented by large groups/parties in which every profanity was loud and clear. Recessed lights in the roof overhang lit up our bedroom through the shade. There is no one to report these issues to at this house/inn.

Nice place if you want 2 bedrooms

Room was nice and big enough for my family! The door system wasn’t the best and had to call for help with it! Hot water and water pressure were not the best in our room but we made do with it! Also had paper thin walls and could hear the neighbors talking and dog barking! Other than that it was fine for an overnight stay!

The room was wonderful,decor tastefully done. The bad new is at 8:30 Sunday morning we were awakened by a cement mixer churning and workmen on the roof. The ice maker did not work. There were no instructions for the television,all we wanted were the local channels. There was no number to call to answer any questions. The location was just what we needed,walkable to the marina. It’s a shame we were not notified there would be workmen there the entire two days of our stay. we hope to try again at a latter time but this time we were disappointed.

The place was beautiful with modern furnishings and appliances however the floors were not mopped stains through the kitchen and living area and my finance which is 6ft tall notices a condominium on top of the refrigerator! We had our kids with us and it was disgusting. Also if the suite above you is also filled with guest you can hear every foot steps and noise. One last thing yea you are in walking distance to downtown and the water however the neighborhood isn’t the best trash everywhere, dirty the surrounding area was so dirty. I rated it a two only because it was a nice place it just wasn’t clean. Also there’s no way that’s a queen size bed it’s more like a full size bed. Not to mention I messaged the host several times and no one got back to me ! I will never do Airbnb again but my family convinced me to give it another chance but never again I’ll continue to stay at my 4 and 5 star hotels where I can get great customer service

The owner was very rude. We were watching the basketball game and were apparently talking too loud and could be heard on the outside of the door and the owner came banging on the door like he was the police. He was very rude, yelling at us, threatening to call the police and evict us if our friends did not leave. Mind you, we were not over the people count limit, even including our children. There was no loud music playing or anything. It would've been alot better and more respected had he came and wanted to have a real conversation, but he came literally yelling and making threats. All before 11pm!! There was noise coming from multiple different units, all hours of the night and no one else was treated this way to our knowledge. Overall the unit itself was nice, there was a stain on the sheet in the master bedroom but other than that, everything was fine in the unit. The owner was the main issue.

Weekend away!!!

Weekend trip with friends, had unit 6&5 that was connected by the private balcony. Weather was beautiful and after visiting a nearby winery for a tasting and lunch we walked around downtown!!! Did some axe throwing and bar hoping!!! Only complaint is shower water pressure.

Cat piss palace

It is beautifully renovated and gorgeous. Unfortunately, the entire place smells like cat urine. It's significantly unbearable. We asked the guests in one room over and they said theirs smelled the same. The sofa bed was also broken and unusable so don't count on that as sleeping 2 more occupents. I would recommend looking elsewhere unless you enjoy the smell of cat urine.

I really wanted to be able to give this stay a great review. It’s very clean, super cute, and the unit we stayed in had everything we could need, however, the ‘quiet’ hours were not followed by other guests and the walls are so thin we could hear every conversation so when they started with loud music at 1030 at night, it was impossible to get our son to bed. The water pressure in the shower was terrible and the temperature regulation was horrible. I think if they could fix the minor plumbing issues and we were the only guests out of the 8 units, it would be a much better stay. But we were not pleased with how they handled us calling in with concerns of the loud music and yelling.

I was disappointed that this wasn’t a better stay. So much potential ! The water pressure in the shower was so low I could barely rinse off. Also the walls are super thin and the price point is too low to keep the clientele where it should be
